Our magical studio is close to downtown Greenwood and has easy transit access everywhere in the city (bus stops are just a block away!). There's a movie theater, grocery store, beautiful coffee shop, and a few restaurants across the street.

You’ll love the oversized windows and stylish esthetic (all wood walls, recessed light, & polished cement floor).

Getaway

sweet small and cozy little 'house'. it worked well for my weekend trip in Seattle but you should be aware that the bathroom is not connected to the 'house' and so you have to walk outside which wasn't ideal when it was cold and raining.

Small but Clean with all Necessities

We were able to check our bags in the morning so that we could explore until check-in time. Communication was great with the host, and even though the bathroom is separate from the room, you still have privacy.

Awesome little Studio for a weekend getaway.

Cute little studio with your own separate bathroom off the side of the main house. The unit also had a small AC for those hot summer days. The host was super accommodating and let us check in early.Would definitely stay again.

Clean convenient place

The unit is a quite small separate room and building next to a main house. The bathroom is at the main house via a back door close to rented room. The bathroom is not shared but one has to go outside to get to it. The hostess is very gracious and accommodating. We were able to drop off and lock up luggage early if needed.

There are so much that makes our space unique! Our location is a amazing. We're just a block from major thoroughfares and bus lines, but still get to enjoy a quiet neighborhood. It's the best of both worlds!

We've set the space up to be cozy and comfortable, whether you're just looking for a place to crash while exploring the city, or working from home, it's a great space! WFH friendly!

Also, did I mention the piano? It plays as great. I hope you'll try it!
