Courtside Pickleball Stay and Play

Paddle UP! or just come to relax amongst the serene oak trees at our Courtside Retreat. Brand new house with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths to sleep 5. Carefully detailed with high end decor, wifi, mini splits in each room, electric fireplace, bedroom charging tables, coffee bar, smart TV. Outdoor living steps away from TWO private pickleball courts or a singles tennis hitting court. Terrace and bar available for BBQ's or use your own private BBQ. Small enclosed yard for Fido(4.5 feet walls). Corn hole, ping pong table in garage and car charging available (bring own cord). Washer and Dryer.

We are excited to invite you to our property and share our love of racquet and paddle sports. Tennis / pickleball coach onsite if requested. Spec tennis gear available for use. WE love it all ! We are very close to wineries, shopping mall, Kit Carson Park and The Safari Park. Come stay and play!

The property is not completely safe for children under 3. A vacant basement is below the 2 bedroom house used for storage. A memory foam Third single Trundle bed is in the second bedroom and can be moved to main room easily. The Top of the trundle is an XL Twin size comfortable memory foam mattress.

This property contains two houses with a court in between. The host lives in the main home. The main home contains a pool and hot tub not for use.

Quiet hours are 10pm-7:30am. This is an acre property in a Residential Estate neighborhood. No lights on the courts.

We are excited to meet you and share our private courts. Before your stay we will discuss your desire for the courts and play!

Such an amazing location!

Rindy, was an absolutely amazing host. She was super helpful and communicated with us throughout our stay.Honestly, this spot was perfect for our family of 4. Our young kiddos (under 10) loved the pickleball court and playing cornhole.The property was so neat and clean and this was exactly what we needed for our family getaway.

Sweet Escondido property

Rindy, the property owner, provided unparalleled service. The home is well appointed and lovely.She kindly provided games and toys for our grandson, restaurant recommendations, and a thoughtful check-in procedure video to welcome us.

"Fantastic Stay-Above Expectations!"

We had an amazing experience at this property! the host was incredibly accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay special. she even made Easter baskets for the kids, which was such a thoughtful tough. the house was spotless, quiet, and peaceful-exactly what we needed for a relaxing getaway. everything exceeded our expectations, and we truly appreciate the hospitality. highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay!
