Beautiful Modern home, resort-type private heated pool area with landscaping, 5 minutes ( 1.5 miles) to Hollywood beach, near Gulfstream Park and Aventura Mall, close to several Golf courses, and 3h25 min (150 mi) to Orlando's Disney World.
The house is 2,980sq ft, located east of US 1 and Interstate 95. Five minutes from the Hollywood Beach and Margaritaville Resort, the house is also conveniently near several Golfing, Gulfstream casino, and different cuisine restaurants. Smoking is allowed outside on the patio.
The outside area has a fantastic private backyard and pool with great lounges and chairs to enjoy our amazing Florida weather! There is also a Weber BBQ grill.
The family room is in the heart of the house allowing you to enjoy the beautiful backyard view. The Kitchen is fully equipped (even has a wine cellar) to make your stay more enjoyable and has an eating kitchen with a granite countertop.
The Living room is equipped with a brand new 55' TV and a comfortable sectional couch to enjoy watching your preferred movie or TV show.
The Master Bedroom has a king bed, a walk-in closet, its own TV as well as a spacious bathroom in-suite to keep privacy from the rest of the guests while enjoying your perfect holiday time. You have a wonderful view from your bedroom and direct and private access to the swimming pool area through your own patio doors.
The second guest bedroom has a Queen bed, its own private bathroom, an HD TV, and a walk-in closet.
The third bedroom has a very comfortable Queen bed, a TV with Netflix, a walk-in closet, and is beautifully decorated.
The fourth bedroom has two very comfortable twin beds and a 40 inches TV.
The house has a total of 4 full bathrooms, a dining room table for 8, the outside patio set also is equipped for 8, we also have 6 lounge chairs and the house can sleep 10 persons very comfortably.
You are traveling with your family? We have available: three (3) high chairs, two-pack n play (0-2 years old), a picnic table, three strollers, three (3) foldable beds for toddlers (up to 75 lbs), three individual sofas for toddlers, a Fisher-Price Royal Potty and two twin Air Bed mattress(up to 300 lbs). Set up fee may apply for the children s items, based on the items required.
Do you need specialty items?
Available upon request: shower chair, shower stool, inside the foldable walker, a foldable outside walker with wheels.
We offer top linens, towels, Beach towels, Mikasa flatware, dinnerware, silverware, and lounge cushions are also new. We also have hairdryers and an iron and ironing board, beach chairs, beach mats, and beach umbrellas to make your stay more comfortable.
The pool is heated is included from December 1st to April 30th but there will be a small daily fee if heated outside that period.
We offer beach chairs and 2 Beach Umbrellas and Beach Mats for your pleasure.
The house is only 5 minutes from Hollywood Beach, several Golf courses, and close to Hollywood downtown, Gulfstream, and Aventura Mall.
Extra services available: mid-stay cleaning, daily pool maintenance, pre-stocking groceries (send us a list of your favorite snacks and beverages and we'll have them waiting in the fridge when you arrive. (Fee applicable for those Concierge Services)

Please note that we have two exterior cameras to monitor the outside of our home. One is at the front door and one on the side of the house. Any attempt at disabling, redirecting, or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and will result in full forfeiture of the security deposit and may, at the owner’s discretion, result in the guest being evicted without refund of outstanding nights’ rents. There are no cameras inside the house nor in the pool and patio area.
