This was a great location for our girls' getaway. The only drawback was that there were a lot of stairs which maybe wasn't the best for five 65 women. Nonetheless, we had a great time. We walked to the beach in less than one minute and having a pool on the grounds was great! Ronnie, the property manger, was super responsive and made our stay enjoyable!

We booked this home for a relaxing girls’ trip, but unfortunately encountered numerous issues that affected our stay. The hot tub was green and untreated upon arrival. Exposed wires in the upstairs bedroom created a safety concern. The garage door had no lock, and there was loud, active construction that wasn’t disclosed. The microwave stopped working mid-use (a replacement was provided but appeared used and dusty). The upstairs deck grill and lights didn’t work, and the oven required a service visit before it functioned. The downstairs grill was rusted and unusable. The home had stains, dust, cracked flooring, and a damaged bathroom sink. The toilet paper holder in the upstairs hallway bathroom was broken. The downstairs A/C didn’t cool properly, the kitchen sink’s water filter didn’t work, and there weren’t enough shower towels. The beach chairs were rusted, and one was broken.While the onsite contact was responsive, he frequently arrived without notice, which felt intrusive. The house has potential, but the number of maintenance, cleanliness, and safety issues made it difficult to relax or feel the value matched the price. I also have not heard back regarding these concerns/issues.

Fantastic house by the beach!

We loved the property - 1 minute walk to the beach and a pool and hot tub out back. The neighborhood is very quiet and the beach was never crowded. Everything in the house was very clean and worked great, and the house itself is very quiet - 6 of us were in the house and if you were in another room you couldn't hear each other and there was no noise from the street whatsoever. The beds were all very comfortable and everything we needed was in the kitchen. We would definitely recommend it!

This house was incredible! So bright and spacious, perfect location. The pool was great. Ron was very helpful as well! Loved our stay.

Helped make the graduation a little more memorable

Was a lovely house in a very nice quiet neighborhood. View of the water is unobstructed and there are lots of lizards and iguanas to watch as you float in the pool. House comes with everthing including shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms and soaps for all the appliances which was a welcome surprise from other houses i have rented where you need to supply your own. Highly recommend!

Awesome stay

Our 3 generation family had an awesome time! The girls, ages 6 and 4, LOVED the pool (and all the pool toys in the garage). It was a block from the ocean, which had a very private feel. A wagon to haul things to the ocean would have been greatly appreciated. It may also be helpful for future guests to know we did need a vehicle to drive to restaurants and a grocery store. Overall, a WONDERFUL experience!

Great family stay Fort Lauderdale

We loved our stay here in Fort Lauderdale. We were a multigenerational group from 3-70 and this house worked extremely well. Great bedrooms, baths, kitchen and the views were incredible. The pool and hot tub were great as well. Would stay again!

Great Location & Views

Just north of the busy part of Fort Lauderdale, this well-appointed house was very clean and comfortable. Just across for the beach, several bedrooms and a super rooftop hangout had views of the ocean.

A pleasant stay

My family enjoyed our stay. The property has an excellent location (close to beach, restaurants & entertainment, but in a quiet residential neighborhood). Manager (Ronnie) was readily available and immediately responsive. Photos and descriptions of the property and its amenities are accurate.

Great location and Property

House is beautiful and has everything you couldThink of especially in the kitchen! Views are nice, especially the rooftop! Literally walk across to the beach. Multiple restaurants within walking and short drives. Property manager very responsive to questions.
