Exceptional property, exceptional experience
This condo is like no other! Our hosts Barbara and Rick were amazing hosts. This property has it all! The sunrise over the Indian River from the rear patio and sunsets, from the front balcony over the private marina, must be seen every season. The marina is home to so many species of fish, birds and yes Manatees! Flowing into the community from the Indian River Lagoon. A boaters paradise. Even if you are not a boater, this condo offers all the comfort & luxury of home. Located directly over the lagoon the patio directly over the water permits endless entertainment from the dolphins to the blue heron to the ibis flocks during sunset and pelicans. This home is convenient to everything. Restaurants, bars, museum and Pelican island directly across the river on the A1A. Beautiful beaches and the laid back lifestyle of Sebastian cannot compare to any other Florida town. We spent our first winter as a snowbird here and will definitely not be our last. Summer and fall would be equally amazing! Can’t wait to go back!
