The balcony offers great views. 2 car garage is accessed by private alley. The kitchen features a large pantry, quartz countertops, all new stainless-steel appliances, and a large island. Just off the kitchen is a half bath, storage closet, and utility room with new Speed Queen washer and dryer. The Terrace Suite has private access to a Master Bathroom with double vanity sinks, separate bathtub/shower, and access to a large private closet. No events allowed, only 6 persons allowed at home, pool passes must be worn when using the pool (Max 6).
Best location and finest accommodations.
Pet fee will be $75/night per pet. Maximum of 2 pets. Each pet must be under 20 lbs.
There are security cameras installed on the property.
There's one on the balcony, garage, front entrance, and carport.
