Our charming one‑bedroom luxury apartment offers the ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and relaxation—whether you’re visiting for work, leisure, or a little of both.

Prime Location
The apartment is just a short drive from Louisiana State University (LSU) and within walking distance of L’Auberge, the Mississippi River, the Levee Biking/Walking Path, and the Sanctuary Trail. You’ll be only fifteen minutes from Tiger Stadium, the Pete Maravich Assembly Center, and Alex Box Stadium—perfect for catching LSU football, basketball, and baseball games.
Downtown Baton Rouge and the State Capitol are about 20 minutes away. Baton Rouge Metropolitan Airport (BTR) is roughly 25–30 minutes from the property, and New Orleans Louis Armstrong Airport (MSY) is about an hour away. The greater New Orleans area is accessible in approximately an hour and 15 minutes.
With quick access to I‑10, I‑12, and I‑110, you’ll be perfectly positioned to explore major attractions, outdoor activities, restaurants, and grocery stores.

This little gem is one of my new favorite places. We frequent Lafayette, Baton Rouge and New Orleans often but this is my new fave and go-to! The pictures are accurate but it's even better in person - so inviting, pristine and peaceful! Ranjani was such a pleasant and responsive host. She cares and wants to ensure her guests are happy.
