Sorry, but all pools are temporarily closed after the hurricane. Restoration works will continue until middle of the summer! Beach is available.
There are beach towels, chairs, sun umbrella in the room! Perfect for relaxing retreat or a family beach vacation!

No need to load up your car and hunt for parking this oceanfront getaway is fully furnished and steps from the beach.

There is a indoor pool and 2 outdoor pools (heated), 2 hot tubs, sauna, gum. The kids can play in the heated splash pool!

Located only 2 miles from downtown Daytona Beach boardwalk and shops.
Nearly to DaytonaInt Airport, NASCAR Speedway, grocery across the street.

Great weekend in Daytona

This was the perfect room for us for a quick weekend getaway to Daytona - easy access to restaurants, shopping and the boardwalk.

Amazing!

My husband and I stayed at this property for about 9 nights/10 days and couldn’t have been happier! The property owner was more than accommodating and super easy to work with! The room was very clean and perfect for the two of us with fresh towels, linens, and kitchen cookware, utensils, etc. provided! We couldn’t be happier with our stay and working with the property manager couldn’t have been easier 😊 The only thing I could possibly complain about is the hotel staff unfortunately. My family and I have stayed at this hotel for several years since we’ve been vacationing to Daytona and there seems to be a shift in the staff attitude. However, that is no fault to the manager of this particular property and it may just be my high expectations for excellent customer service (which Tetiana went above and beyond to meet). Otherwise, the room, pool, and beach are all amazing! Also, special shout to security officer, Walter - He was one of the few staff members who were personable and ensured the safety and peaceful atmosphere at the resort 😊

Great place to stay!

I’ve stayed at the DBR before, but not in this particular condo. The room was very clean, was fully stocked with everything we needed and was located on the 4th floor, which was easy access to the pools and beach. I was a little worried leading up to our stay on how I’d cook hot meals, since I couldn’t find any picture of a stove being in the room. The description did say there was one, but with no pictures I didn’t know for sure. There was a stovetop, which made things even better! (eating out everyday for breakfast lunch & dinner would have been very pricey). I would absolutely recommend staying here. There were no issues and the stay was GREAT!

We had a very enjoyable stay. The property was exactly as advertised and the property owner went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. I will definitely be booking again.
