Fully stocked 3BR/ 3 bath waterfront villa with heated pool in beautiful SE Cape Coral. Close to shopping, dining, bars, movie theatre, and bowling alley. Kayaks, bicycles, dock, and boat lift for use. Owners allow 1 non-shedding dog up to 35 lbs.

Enjoy a few awesome days in our beautiful Three Palms Villa. With its 2 master suites and 1 guest suite this home is perfect for an extended family, or friends sharing a nice vacation.
Three Palms Villa is located in a quiet and nice neighborhood; however, it is also right in the center of Cape Coral. Everything you need is literally just around the corner.
As soon as you walk through the door of this gorgeous home the bright light and the water views will put you in an instant vacation mode. The gorgeous lit lanai with the inviting pool promises days of fun and lots of rays to catch. Delicious BBQ dinners and incredible evenings await.
The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals or entertain your guests. The open floorplan makes you enjoy spending some time in the kitchen since you will always be surrounded by your family or friends.
Both master bedroom suites are furnished with a king size bed, and both attached full bathrooms have a nice walk-in shower. Of course, we have smart TVs in all bedrooms.
The guest suite has a queen size bed and also has its own full bathroom with a tub/ shower combination.
In the garage you will find 2 kayaks as well as 2 adult and 2 children’s bicycles.
The 10,000 lbs. boat lift and covered dock are also for use. You can bring your own boat, or we have some great boat rental recommendations if needed.
The Villa is conveniently located close to shopping, restaurants, bars, entertainment, and parks. A bowling alley and a movie theater are just across the street. A beautiful park where you can take an idyllic 4 mile walk towards and along the river is also right around the corner. 5 minutes south is a gorgeous dog friendly park directly on the river with multiple playgrounds for kids all ages. And our beautiful beaches in Ft. Myers beach or Sanibel island are also just 40 to 50 minutes away.
Please note: The owners allow one non-shed, non-allergic dog up to 35 pounds per stay. Each dog requires a pre-approval prior to booking as well as a non-refundable pet fee of $150.
