Steps from the heart of iconic Scottsdale Kierland location! Features: private heated* pool, hot tub, cabana, billiards, coffee bar & artistic flare in each room. New carpet in all bedrooms! Perfect for golf getaways & travelers looking for the local vibe. The crescendo is the outdoor entertainment area complete with luxury cabana, bbq, tv, hammock, heated pool & hot tub for a true desert oasis experience. 4 bedroom, 2 bath. King Suite, 2 Queen, 2 Full (bunk) beds. Sleeps 8. 2 car garage, RV parking, A/C, pet friendly ($200 per stay pet fee).

Convenient keyless entry (code provided on check-in date) through front door. 2 car garage and driveway parking available. A/C and high speed WiFi provided at no extra charge.

--King Suite: Luxurious memory foam mattress, dual side tables with lamps and charging station, desk and chair workstation, sitting chair, 50" Smart TV with Roku, ceiling fan, walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with deluxe tri head shower system.
--Queen room 1: Unique artisan metal bed with memory foam mattress, dual side tables, ceiling fan, closet with convenient bench for luggage, full length mirror.
--Queen room 2: Super comfortable inner spring mattress, large dresser, hooks, (no closet), dual side tables, full length mirror, ceiling fan, and wall of farm house shutter windows.
--Office/Bunk room: Full over full bunk bed with new hybrid mattresses. Room includes 63”x29” desk with computer chair, mat, desk light, and power accessibility for convenient “work from home” setup.

Living Room:
Features a 60" Samsung Smart TV with YouTube TV. Log in to your favorite apps. Although we have a wood-burning fireplace, we ask that you do not utilize the fireplace. There are two thermostats to moderate the house temperature. A/C included. A selection of games is provided in the wicker basket for indoor fun.

Billiard Table:
Cues, chalk, and rack are found on the wall stand. Please, no sitting, standing, or dancing on billiard table.

Patio:
Features a 50" TCL Smart TV with Roku. Outdoor dining table seats 6-7, propane BBQ grill, lounge chairs, hammock, cabana seats 5. Corn-hole boards and bags are stored in the utility room.

Pool & Hot Tub:
Pool depth: 3 feet to 4.5 feet in center, NO DIVING. Pool & hot tub heated with 24-hour notice, $85/day additional fee, 3 day minimum, non refundable. Heat generally not needed during summer months. No glass in pool or on pool deck. Plastic glassware available for outdoor use.

Super amazing property!

Our stay was positively perfect! I cannot recall a more well-maintained and thoughtfully appointed property! The pool and hot tub were wonderful. Everything is beautifully decorated such a fun family stay! I highly recommend!

Beautiful home and amazing hosts

This home was perfect for my mom, son our two dogs and I. The house, pool and yard were clean and in excellent condition. Close to shopping and restaurants. Derek and the team were wonderful. He reached to make sure all of our needs were met. Will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing Family Home in Scottsdale

We had an amazing 2 weeks here. The owners were very helpful and quick with any reply needed. Pool and hot tub were well used the entire time!! The location in Scottsdale couldn’t be better, close to everything. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Our dog loved it too!!

Perfect

I’m starting to lose count of how many times I’ve vacationed to the Phoenix area and stayed at this house. It’s perfect for my wife and I and we won’t stay anywhere else. The hosts go above and beyond and are very accommodating. We are already looking forward to our next stay.

Another amazing stay

My wife and I have booked & stayed at this particular property numerous times over the past few years. Its perfect for us and we love it so much that we dont want to look anywhere else. Its in a great area thats safe and quiet, the house was very clean, and had everything that we could need inside and out. The host was very nice and communication was easy. The check in process was a breeze. We cant wait to book our return back!

This was a great time of year to visit because the temp was in the last few days in the low 90’s and it moved into the 80’s. The house was perfect, very clean and in a safe/quiet area. The backyard was relaxing with the pool/spa and the patio tv. Communication with the host was a breeze and they are very friendly. No issues at all.

The perfect spot

This was the 3rd time in the past year that my wife and I have vacationed to Arizona & stayed at this house. We love it and don’t want to stay at any other property. We’re already planning our next trip here for this fall. The host is amazing to work with, the house & pool are perfect and the location is in a clean, quiet & safe neighborhood. I can’t find one thing to complain about.

The Perfect Vacation Home

We have been renting vacation homes in the Scottsdale area for years and this is by far the nicest of all! This house is just perfect. (and we are picky!) Great location, well-appointed home, sparkling clean inside and out and so comfortable. The pool, the yard, the coffee station, the furnishings… I simply cannot say enough. Derek the owner was so nice and helpful. We had a wonderful time and would go back in a heartbeat!

Great House

We stayed for a week during Thanksgiving. Just my wife and I the first few days, then we had family come if for a few days for the holiday. The house is as advertised and was actually better than the pictures show. We stayed at another VRBO across town the week prior and this one was more comfortable and better overall. Great host who was very communicative when needed. Great location, not a particularly busy neighborhood but centrally located to everything in Scottsdale. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and other necessities were provided in the house. The TV’s were easy to log in for streaming and screen mirroring from your phone. I would definitely recommend this property!

Beau séjour

Petit coin paisible. Les 4 chambres nous ont permis d'avoir notre intimité respective et étaient d'une bonne grosseur. Cela peut facilement accueillir 3 couples et 2 enfants. La table de billard et le jeu de cornhole ont donné lieu à de belles soirées. Les multiples terrains de golf à proximité sont un atout indéniable. Finalement, les hôtes communiquent très rapidement et règles les petits soucis tout aussi rapidement.

Destination Thanksgiving

My husband and young adult sons stayed here for our annual Thanksgiving trip. We have stayed as several VRBOs, but this is our new favorite. The owners have thought of everything. The house is nicely stocked with towels, toilet paper, soap, spices etc. Derek was so friendly and accommodating. The pool and spa were perfect, and we really enjoyed playing corn hole and billiards when we weren't out golfing, hiking, or exploring the area. Definitely recommend.

This spot couldn’t be more enjoyable.

My wife and I stayed here for 5 days and this was our second time staying at this property this year. Arizona is our new vacation spot and we love staying at this house. It’s in a safe and quiet area, the pool and patio are perfect, and the hosts have included everything you could need inside. We will definitely be back again soon. Thank you!!

What a place! Beautiful and perfect for our family.

I treated my mom and her two sisters to a few days together. They are 84, 86, and 91 and live in different parts of California and Arizona and rarely get to see each other. I also brought my 6 year old daughter and 18 year old son. Check in was super easy. The house was immaculate. There was plenty of room for everyone and the hosts were very thoughtful in providing everything we needed. I never had to contact them for anything. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary equipment and even some condiments/spices/oils. The master bath is beautiful and the shower is lovely. My kids and I enjoyed the pool table and swimming pool immensely, and the hammock was great in the middle of the night when it cooled down enough (it was still 95 degrees though!) and you could see the stars. Very nice backyard. All in all, a great experience, and if my family is ever willing to brave the 117 degree summer in Arizona again, we will be back. Or maybe we will come in the spring instead.

July 4th Staycation

It was a last minute decision to do a staycation. I’m so happy we decided in this PERFECT house. It was in such a nice neighborhood, close to EVERYTHING you could think of. The house was beautiful, clean, accommodating and had everything you would need for a stay (the master shower was a DREAM). The backyard!! Cornhole, lounge chairs, gazebo! The pool was clean and so refreshing! We can’t say enough. We had such an amazing time. The owners were extremely friendly and easily available for questions. We will definitely be staying again.

This house is absolutely perfect!

This house was more than just 5 stars. It was everything we were wanting and more. Located in a safe, clean and quiet area. The house was clean and well organized, and the hosts seemed to had put a lot of care into setting it up for guests. The pool/hot tub was absolutely perfect and very relaxing. We relaxed with all of the sun exposure that we wanted from sun-rise to sun-down with no obstructions. There were 2 umbrellas in the backyard that we used when we needed a little shade, and the covered back patio with TV was very relaxing as well. The host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We did not have one issue or complaint for our 5 day stay. We are already planning our next return!

This home has been a wonderful adventure in the making. Your hosts are The Siebert and The Curtis families. While our home base is in the Pacific Northwest, we travel often to the Southwest for fun and business.

Derek Siebert and Philip Curtis are the main contacts for your stay. Friends and business partners; we enjoy camping, golfing, running, playing on the water, and relaxing with family. We strive to create an elevated experience, balancing relaxation and play for our guests.
Let's not forget the ladies of the team... Natalie Siebert and Bethany Curtis have brought their passion for design and decorating skills to truly create an amazing space for our guests. Natalie also painted the Camelback Mountain mural in the billiard room!

We purchased this home in 2022 and completely revamped the space to offer an incredible vacation destination spot in popular Scottsdale. Being avid travelers, we included all the right amenities, furniture, decor, and ambiance to make your stay with us an incredible and rejuvenating experience.

The outdoor cabana is one of our favorite spots in all of Scottsdale. Relax by the pool, turn on the patio misters, enjoy a game of corn hole, lounge in the hammock with a cold beverage, or grill up a juicy steak on our outdoor propane bbq grill.
Pool and soaking spa are heated upon request ($50 per day) for year-round comfort. Pool is generally warm enough in the summertime that heating is not needed.

Ready to play indoors? Create a stay to remember and enjoy the billiards table while enjoying music or sports on the big screen tv. A selection of board games are also available in the living room basket for indoor play during your stay.

Our well-stocked kitchen and coffee station have all the right amenities for your dining and caffeine needs.
Full size washer and dryer are also available with detergent.
