This charming getaway is nestled perfectly along Jug Creek with pool, tennis courts and boat slip. Large enough for the whole family (sleeps 6+) with High speed WI-FI, completely furnished, fully equipped kitchen and Washer & Dryer available (in Unit)
The single story condo has tandem parking below, that can fit a boat trailer underneath (depending on height). Boat Ramp access is available upon request. Located conveniently next to Four Winds Marina and Lazy Flamingo. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions!

Summer in paradise!

Our family has enjoyed the island for many many years. This year was no exception. The condo had everything we could need and easy access to wherever we wanted to go. Would definitely rent again!

Nice but upgrade beds

Robert, this condo was fine with the exception of the beds. The bed in the master bedroom is high and somewhat inconvenient to get into. It also is so situated that there is marginal room between the foot of the bed and the dresser, so passing between them or accessing the drawers is certainly doable but a bit inconvenient. The mattress on the bottom of the bunk bed in the other bedroom is not very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay but would have been better without these issues. Thank you.

Dog Hair Condo

The dog hair was everywhere..the bath tub drain was clogged with it, whisps of hair blew out from under the furnishings and cabinets. There are plastic plants covered with dust, the vents/exhaust fans were dirty. The storage area was locked so we had to keep our fishing equipment out in the open. The owner didn't leave a key for the ramp so we had to always borrow from neighbors. The shower in the master is great, so was the dishwasher...but the furnishiings were dated and uncomfortable. The complex location is very nice, the pool was closed during 75% of our stay and the owner reinbursed us $15.00 per day. A good cleaning, updating the furnishings and repairing the screens would make a world of difference!
