The living room has a unique curved design with a comfortable sectional sofa and a flatscreen TV to keep everyone entertained as the stars come out. THINGS TO KNOW
We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 22 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.


Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Week in Holmes Beach

We had 3 adults, 3 small children and two teenagers and we all fit perfectly. We had a great time and there were plenty of beach items in the shed by the pool, we had everything we needed and had a great time!

Had a great time overall. The place was very close to the beach with good access, was clean and all appliances worked well. The kids (and adults) also really enjoyed the small pool with attached hot tub. Beds were also comfortable and we enjoyed eating outside at the table on the patio

Great stay!

The house was well-equipped for our family of 5. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The size of the house was fine, although it is an awkward layout. The location on AMI and proximity near the beach is wonderful!

Great location!

This house is perfectly located near the beach with a private pool and hot tub. It is small, but cozy and was perfect for our family of four. The wall between the units felt extremely thin and we could hear every word of the conversations occurring in the adjoining unit. But other than that, we really enjoyed the property and our stay!

Plenty of space.

Plenty of space for our party of 8. Had a great assortment of beach things except wagons were broken. Spacious pool area and a great family area. Only complaint Is the air couldn’t keep up and it would get up to 80 during the day and didn’t cool off until overnight.

Though an older home, it was nice, bright, and close to the beach. Plenty of seating in living and dining rooms. Kitchen had everything needed to eat in. Bathrooms were a bit narrow, but the water pressure was great. Small pool with hot tub that could comfortably seat 6. ("Spa Party" should actually be labeled "spa heat".) Plenty of parking. Beach is a block away on a quiet street.

Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at Anna Maria Island. The weather wasn't warm enough to swim in the Gulf, so it was really nice to have the hot tub & pool available. Although the residence is small, it has really good space and a beautiful living room and kitchen area. Great for families. It is a bit on the older side, but all the appliances worked and it was clean and well maintained. The house was about a 5 minute walk and Holmes beach and might be one of the nicest beaches I've visited in Florida. We found so many beautiful shells and whole sand dollars. My 13 year old daughter and I spent a lot of time taking beautiful walks on the beach hunting for shells.

Great location near Holmes Beach

We stayed here for a small family gathering and it was exactly what we were looking for in terms of a quiet residential area, a single level home, the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and especially the short walk to the beautiful beach. It's an older home with updated bathrooms and a good sized updated kitchen. We all took full advantage of the short walk to and from the beach multiple times each day, so this location worked really well. There is a small pool and a nice large outdoor patio table where we ate lunch. There is parking for 3 vehicles, fairly easy keypad entry and exit, and it's only a short drive to many stores and cafes or restaurants. Vacasa representatives were very responsive in all of our text exchanges.

Cute house close to the beach

This house is only one block from the beach which is fantastic! The pool area is nice as it gets shade part of the day so the pool doesn't get too hot. The pool isn't huge but we stayed there with our four kids (ages 11-17) and still enjoyed it! The hot tub did not work the entire time we were there but all else was good. Another downside is two bedrooms share a wall with the unit next door so there can be some annoyance with that, even if the neighbors aren't being overly loud. There are some beach chairs, beach toys and a canopy that can be found in the shed. Overall, the location and the pool make this house worth it. We really liked being close to the beach. The staff was helpful and responsive when we needed it.

Ten day getaway

Overall, it was a nice day. The neighborhood and location is exceptional. Just one block from the beach. And close to the north end of the island. The home was older with a few challenges here and there. The only big hiccup was that the spa quit working on our second day and it was very hard to communicate with the company about when it would be fixed. Luckily, the pool person came by later in the week and fixed it rather easily. we just had to ask him for his help.

great location

This was a nice house with a great location, just a short walk from the beach. The house itself can use a little TLC. The furniture is cheap and the bed broke while we were there. Luckily, there was another bedroom we could use. The HVAC closet in the smallest bedroom had a pretty bad mold problem. We reported it to the property mgmt company, so hopefully they will take care of it before anyone else uses the house. The property mgmt company was very responsive to any questions or issues we had. They replied extremely fast. The private pool and hot tub were nice.

Very Clean, 2 king beds, NOTE: picture shows hot tub. NOT a hot tub. Temperature is the same as warm pool. Very disappointing. Was very excited to use the pool 1 day after very cold stay. Pool company came that morning and left the hose in the pool turned on. Result? = cold pool for 24 to 48 hours. Couldn’t use the entire stay. 😡😡

6 houses away from beach!

The pool and hot tub were fantastic. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need in a kitchen other than containers to store food in. The floors in house didn’t seem mopped. Bathrooms were a bit tight but that was ok. The water pressure in the showers was amazing. The beds were comfy as well. The pictures lied a bit on a kayak and body boards. There was 1 body board and it has seen better days. Out of 3 chairs there 1 was able to be used, 2 wagons but one was broken and then the other broke on us mid week, so no working wagons now. Plenty of sand toys for children. Pool guy came 2x while we were there but oddly only added chemicals and never vacuumed the sand out of pool which they never did before we got to house either. Lots of sand in pool! Other than that it was a great week of no rain and did enjoy or stay at this house. I would definitely stay here again.

Not well kept by property

Very uncomfortable tried speaking to property management company they put me on hold numerous times was kept waiting and felt like they didn’t want to help. Tried to charge more for there incompetence when asked to have a pool person come look at what was wrong with pool! Still waiting for host to respond over three days no help!

Awesome location

House is in a great area, close to the beach with a nice pool and hot tub. It’s right on a corner of Gulf Blvd, but the house is quiet. 1 block from the beach. A couple of small details that would make it better, but a great week of vacation!

Good location

Location is great. Very close to the beach. Only reason I’d recommend. Other than that. There is a faux wall that separates unit a and b and let me tell you. It’s like the other unit is living with you. We had several sleepless nights due to screaming and crying children. There is no buffer between the two units. If you’re planning on cooking at all, be aware that the oven doesn’t work properly. Pizza was burned around the edges and the middle was raw. Grill is on its last leg. They do have beach items but most are useless. The pool was a very nice amenity and the local staff very attentive. The fridge went out while we were there. They brought us another as we had food we didn’t want to spoil. Unfortunately the other fridge didn’t start to work until our last full day there.

Close to the beach

1 block from beach access. Had wagon, beach chairs and other beach items. Pool was great for when we weren’t at the beach! Plenty of space for our family of 7!
