Nestled in the serene forest, this 5BR/4.5BA house offers a quiet retreat with treetop views. Highlights of this beautifully remodeled home include a chef's kitchen, a wraparound deck for alfresco dining, two fireplaces, and a family room for game nights.


LIVING AREA

Unwind in the main living area, complete with a smart TV and a gas fireplace. High ceilings enhance the lodge-like feel, and a large picture window perfectly frames the forest view.

The family room doubles as a game room with a pool table and a four-person game table. Relax on the full-size sleeper sofa and watch movies on the smart TV by the glow of the gas fireplace.

KITCHEN & DINING

Prepare delectable dishes in the chef's kitchen, fitted with gleaming countertops and a full suite of appliances.

Perch at the breakfast bar for one. When meals are served, the dining table seats six.

BED & BATH

Occupying the entire top floor, the primary suite has a queen bed, a TV, and a balcony. The en-suite bathroom has a jetted tub, a walk-in shower, and floor heating.

The second suite has a queen bed and an attached bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the third suite has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The fourth and fifth bedrooms each have a queen bed. The adjacent guest bathroom has a walk-in shower.

A half bath adds convenience.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Light the gas grill and host a cookout on the big wraparound balcony. With seating for 10, your whole group can dine alfresco. A lower deck offers an additional outdoor social space.

Driveway parking is available for five cars.

This three-story house is not equipped with air-conditioning.

Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances (gas grills are ok). The outdoor furniture at the property may be stored and unavailable in the winter.

Allergy-sensitive guests should note that the homeowner has a dog.

This home is not currently participating in the Tahoe Donner Guest Pass program. As such, guests at this home are not able to use the Tahoe Donner Amenities."

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
