Enjoy our BRAND NEW Tiny House! Just under 400 sqft and nestled in a peaceful bamboo forest. This home has everything you could need. Fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops. Dining table. Sleeper sofa- perfect for relaxing and watching movies on our 42” Roku T.V. Built in desk and high speed wifi. Queen sized bed. Bathroom with tub and shower. Huge back deck- perfect for relaxing with a book. Washing machine/Dryer combo.

Fenced in backyard- perfect for pets.

Guest Access
Shares driveway of Main house, which is a separate rental property. The fenced in backyard is separate from the backyard of the main house. Access instructions will be provided to you the day before you arrive.

Other Things to Note:
*YMCA Access: We have worked it out with the YMCA that our guests can use their facilities for free for up to 7 days. There are 3 Durham locations with multiple pools, gyms, tennis courts, racquetball courts, and more. All the information will be provided for you in the welcome manual when you arrive.

Note: For Security Deposits, VRBO collects these funds and returns them to you if the property is not damaged. As the host we do not receive these funds.

Please remember to declare the total number of guests in your booking, including children aged 2 and up, in accordance with Vrbo policy. This helps us ensure a comfortable stay for everyone. Thank you for your cooperation!

Pet Friendly Tiny House in Bamboo Forest

The house was clean and in a convenient location. It has a fenced in yard but we felt we needed to still use leashes when we brought our pups out.

Perfect location. The Tiny House was so cute and charming. Fit our needs perfectly. Very clean and well-appointed. The fenced in yard was the highlight for my pups.

Duke graduation 2023

We had stayed in the big house twice and it was outstanding but this time just needed a little bungalow. It was just as wonderful if you don’t need the space of a bigger house. Perfect for two!!

nice idea but falling apart and really really dirty

It's a cool idea to have a small house with a fenced in yard for the dog, but there were other dogs on either side of the fences surrounding us and barking at our dog, There was also about a dozen old chewed on dirty real bones with the tendons, and muscles covered in bugs and dirt scattered around the yard that i had to clean up before I could let my dog in the yard so she wouldn't get sick eating them. The coffee maker did not work, and the heat did not work at first and the 3 hooks for towels in the bathroom all fell out of the wall. The "pull out couch" smelled moldly and was full of dirty moldy sheets when I opened it. The main bed was also dirty and smelly and the "mattress" was just a dirty foam that sunk in the middle so two people couldn't even sleep in it together. There was also no sponge for dishes, no dish rack, no dish washer, and no counter space to put dishes or rack. It was a cute place with a cute yard, but not worth it.

This Property was Filthy

This property was filthy!! Had we had any other option we would not have stayed. We spent two hours stripping the bed and cleaning the place. I had to vacuum debris from the mattress and spray it with disinfectant so we could sleep in it. It took more than 3 hours to wash and dry the bed linens in the tiny washer/dryer combo. The counters were dirty and the bathroom floor around the toilet was nasty. Dishes were returned to the cabinets with food residue on them. There were spider webs throughout and numerous small wood spiders. The porch and outdoor chairs were so dirty, they were not usable. We have stayed in VRBO/Air B&B properties all over the country and this is our first negative experience. To say we were disappointed is an understatement.
