Recently remodeled three-bedroom ranch surrounded by Blue Ridge Mountains. Enjoy a cup of coffee watching the sunrise! Clean ,lots of sunlight plenty off street parking. A few minutes away from Massanutten Ski Resort. Elkton, Mcgaheysville, Harrisonburg and skyline Drive are a short drive. Back roads to mountain bike, fishing ,water rafting, canoeing and many other activities. Plenty of restaurants, nearby. Also gift shops and antique stores. We will be happy to host Your family and friends.

Nice clean property. Small hiccup with lack of water pressure. It was addressed in a timely manner.

Beautiful view & beautiful inside

Nicely decorated and mountain view is great. 20 minutes from JMU was good. Needs some additional orienting for guests--no TV instructions or list of nearby restaurants or suggested activities. No caffeinated tea bags. Minimal water pressure in bathroom sink. No room darkening shades. Traffic noise during weekday morning, but quiet during weekend. We had a great time and will consider staying again. Fees were a little steep.

New years/ wedding

My family and I stayed for a new years wedding. Location was close to the Brix and columns. The entire family was super happy with the stay. Clean, good communication with host, and great Mountain View’s. 5 ⭐️

Great place and location

My family and I stayed here for a weekend trip to Masssanuten. It was about a 10 minute drive to the ski and tubing parking lot. We were a 10 minute drive to town and minutes from plenty of restaurants. The house was nice and clean when we showed up. The yard was plenty big and i think could probably use a firepit or something tontake advantage of the space. I know on a longer trip, that would be a cool hangout spot. The only downside for us would be having only one bathroom, but that wouldnt deter us from choosing here again. You also had decent mountain views on both sides of the house including being able to see the slopes of Massanuten from the backyard.

Not so happy birthday!

This was a very cute and clean property. We were very excited to find a place so close to Massanutten for a reasonable price. However upon arrival we found a sign asking us not to flush toilet paper down the toilet. We sent a message to the property manager and asked if they could clarify the sign. We were told that we were to put the toilet paper in a plastic bag next to the toilet. We contacted Vrbo and were told there is nothing they could do about it since it was a minor inconvenience and they would have the owner contact us. This was approximately 6pm. We did not receive a call back, so we packed up and left. On our way home at 9:45pm we finally received a phone call telling us that we could flush the toilet paper. We informed him that we were on our way home and explained to him that we were not going to stay in a home where we could not use toilet paper. The property manager was nice enough to get our money refunded because of the inconvenience. However our 18 year old daughter’s birthday celebration did not turn out so well. AND UNFORTUNATELY YOU ONLY TURN 18 ONCE!!

Convenient, comfortable, and relaxing!

We stayed in this house to attend a wedding just outside the Massanutten resort and it was super convenient to everything. The morning and evening views were beautiful with mountains on both sides of you. The house was perfect for two adults and two little dogs. We didn't use the kitchen for much more than coffee but it seemed to be well stocked. I was unable to locate the WiFi password but the host was very responsive and got it corrected quickly. We recommended to the host that a full length mirror should be added somewhere in the house but other than that we had an excellent time and would definitely stay there again.

Great weekend stay!

Had a great weekend visiting our daughter at JMU for the football game! Great location and awesome place to stay for a quick getaway. Would definitely stay here again! The owner responded immediately when we had a quick question about the cable TV too. Great experience all around!!
