I travel often all across the U.S. for business and have always stayed with VRBO/Homeaway. After meeting so many wonderful people on my travels, I was super excited to host my own! This home was my first baby! Me and my brother have always loved and connected over real estate; from never missing our HGTV shows when we were younger, to finally getting this fixer-upper together a couple years back. We spent many hours googling silly things from installing cabinets to plumbing drain pipes! Eww! We are happy to offer you the product of much blood and sweat and admittedly some tears. We hope that you make as many memories as we had building this home together, bonding and remembering what's most important in life; family.

The Cozy House is a perfect little get-away right in the middle of everything! In small town Seguin you are right in the middle of three excellent travel destinations: New Braunfels, great for a lazy day river tubing on the Comal and our favorite waterpark Schlitterbahn. Austin, hotbed for culture and music, and the food trucks, don't get me started on the food trucks. San Antonio, with some of the most historical must-sees such as The Alamo and the gorgeous Mission San Jose, oh and don't you dare miss the River Walk!
