One is a refundable deposit option (transaction fees will apply upon the return of your deposit), and the other a non-refundable damage waiver. Please note, we do not take a damage deposit when you pay for your accommodation. So, when you check your credit card statement you will see two transactions, one for Expedia and one for us, which will match the total you agreed to on this booking platform.
