Charming fully renovated Home centrally located to DTWN & London Bridge

Clean and well furnished home with plenty of space for 6 guests. The living area provides a comfortable sectional sofa with a 65" TV with access to Roku, which provides plenty of entertainment apps. Feel free to cook or BBQ, pots, pans and all utensils are available. Keurig coffee maker with assorted coffee and tea provided. Pantry holds a microwave, blender, and toaster for your convenience. The dining area offers comfortable seating for 6 and a breakfast nook that seats 2. Gather the family in the large game room, enjoy a game of poker, darts or a night of board games while catching a movie or sporting event on the 50" Roku TV. All bedrooms are furnished with comfortable pillows, bedding, blackout curtains, and USB charging lamps. The master bedroom and secondary bedroom are each equipped with a 43" Roku TV. Enjoy the outdoor amenities that include a firepit with seating for 6, a game of cornhole, BBQ grill, and outdoor dining while enjoying a Havasu sunset. Driveway space will accommodate multiple cars and additional parking is allowed in front of the home. If needed, boat/vehicle parking is allowed past gate entrance.

Charming home in quiet neighborhood

The house was clean, updated and well-stocked with everything we needed. It was a short walk to the center of town. We enjoyed our stay very much!
