Location is ideal and it is quiet, yet you can quickly get to restaurants, have food delivered, or be on a hiking trail instantly. Tucked up in the foothills and overlooking some of the most spectacular views of the valley with amazing sunsets.
Please note: This is a new build community; the backyard is still under construction. Expected completion is Fall/Winter 2024. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to having you.

This is a luxury 1 bedroom guest suite that is complete with full kitchen and has all the luxury amenities. Close to Casino, Wineries, water park, hiking trails, quiet neighborhood, and the house is furnished completely with high end furnishings, full utensils and able to cook, or easily have food delivered. We have some of the best food restaurants around and all within 5 miles or less.
