Private 17 acre ranch near Haliburton, ON, great trails from house for hiking, biking or riding atv's on IB & O rail trail for 14 kms which connects to numerous other trails.
Property is totally fenced, so very safe for children and pets, 2 swing sets with slides to keep children occupied. Walking distance to McCue Lake with park and picnic tables. Approx. 5 min. drive to spring fed Wilberforce Lake with a beautiful sand beach and docks. Hot tub to enjoy day or star gazing at night, granite patio with outdoor furniture, barbecue and wooded yard and gardens to enjoy bird watching and being entertained by friendly chipmunks.
Great kitchen with numerous amenities to make your favorite meals. Wonderful sunroom, with tv or a great place to read a book. Blackout curtains in 2 bedrooms and livingroom and diningroom. Lots of parking for vehicles and atv trailers.

Fabulous property inside and out. Very peaceful, totally private. Entire 17 acres fenced with gates at end of the driveway.
