The only reason I gave one star is because no start wasn’t an option. What you see on there listing isn’t what you see in person! Like anyone taking there family on vacation we expected to take the key and walk into a nice clean room and we walked into a dirty floor dirty bed linens mold on the walls in the bathroom on the window and the smell of stale cigarettes so like any person I go back to the office and tell the lady I will not be staying in the room and explained what I had seen she then says she will give me another room as I decline and ask for a refund she states I have to contact the booking office on Verbo now I’m out of a 2 nights stay and have to find a whole nother hotel to stay in. So not go there
