Our home is a great house for a family or adult getaway. This beautiful, well maintained 3 bedroom, 1 2/1 bath house is across from the Polpis bike path, steps to Moors End Farm and one mile to Cathcart Beach. Walk or bike the easy mile to mid-island amenities and two miles to Town. The living space is an open concept kitchen, dining, and living area with game table and games. The large, private deck has an outdoor shower, table, chairs, corner couch with cushions, two umbrellas, a gas grill, and overlooks a large yard and the State Forest. The house is heated and air conditioned. Two comfy queen beds and three twin beds ensure a good night's rest. A Peleton bike (bring your own shoes), a ping pong table and laundry are in the basement. Beach towels and chairs are included. Your perfect Nantucket vacation starts here! Level 2 Tesla charger on site.

Bright, spacious and quiet. Pictures are accurate however the property is actually nicer and more spacious than the photos show. High ceilings in family room and upstairs. The house for our family of five had ample room. House was clean with new windows and great air conditioning. it feels very much like it has been recently renovated with a clean, dry and well lit basement with ping pong table and washer dryer as well as great deck and private back yard. The family room was perfect for watching TV as a family and no matter what we needed, somehow they had thought of it and it was there! Truly a gem. And Louisa and Rob were wonderful hosts!

Wonderful Home!

Everything about this house is great! It is a lovely property with everything to make you comfortable. The house is beautifully decorated and the space was perfect for our family! We had a lot of fun from the ping pong to the fire pit! The property is close enough to town to enjoy the restaurants but far enough away to enjoy the quiet of the island! We cannot wait to come back!

Nantucket - Sept 2023

Our family had a wonderful stay at Louisa and Rob's property. They were gracious and attentive hosts. This was our first return trip to Nantucket after many years and we would happily book the property again. The location was private, yet conveniently situated. The home was very comfortable and matched the on-line description. We enjoyed the backyard deck and fire pit in the evenings. Overall - a 5-star stay.

Exceeded our expectations!

House was absolutely perfect, comfortable and cozy. Outside deck and yard was great. Everything we needed and more. Louisa was so responsive, so kind. We’ll be back. Highly recommend. (Just not the weeks we want to go! ) 😊

Girls Trip!

I cannot say enough great things about this property and the owners! Rob & Louisa went above and beyond with assisting our girl group of 5! The house is beautiful, the amenities are fantastic, they simply thought of everything needed in a VRBO! Check in was a breeze, there’s a great notebook with absolutely everything spelled out and super suggestions for your stay on this little slice of heaven! Thank you Rob & Louisa! 100+stars! Great Nantucket stay!

This home is lovely, comfortable, and well-stocked. Bright and airy space, deck and yard for gathering and games, grill, and fireplace - all well used. Perfect central location and excellent hosts. Highly recommend.

This private property is well maintained inside and out. Relax on the comfy couches in the living room and on the deck. Enjoy feeling like you're truly away in the huge yard with a view of woods, and enjoy being a quick trip to Stop and Shop and Town. Cross the street and you're on the beautiful Polpis Bike Path that brings you to Town or Siasconset. Walk 5 minutes and you're at Moors End Farm. Walk a mile and you're at Cathcart Beach with a spectacular view of Brant Point Lighthouse and the harbor.
