Step inside and feel instantly at home! Designed with comfort and simplicity in mind, enjoy soaring vaulted ceilings, a warm fireplace, and natural wood details. Liambear’s Den offers both coziness and space.

☆Living Room: Relax in the spacious living area with large windows bringing in natural light, a wood-burning fireplace to keep you warm on cool mountain nights, and a 50” TV with streaming services for movie nights.

☆Game Room: Located in the basement, this fun-filled area features an 8ft pool table, foosball, a Ms. Pacman arcade, and a large Connect 4—perfect for both kids and adults.

☆Dining Area: Gather around the dining table for meals or enjoy casual bites at the breakfast bar. The kitchen is fully equipped, featuring both a Keurig and drip coffee maker, air fryer, rice cooker, slow cooker, and all the cookware and spices you’ll need for a home-cooked meal.

☆Outdoor Deck: Enjoy morning coffee or an evening cocktail on the large deck. It's the perfect spot to soak in the peaceful sounds of the woods or watch for local wildlife like deer, wild turkeys, and even the occasional bear!

After a day of adventure, retreat to one of three cozy bedrooms:

☆Master Suite (2nd floor): Spacious with a king bed, private en-suite bathroom, and a TV.

☆Bedroom 2 (1st floor): Features a queen bed and space heater for extra warmth.

☆Bedroom 3 (1st floor): A kid-friendly room with bunk beds and a cozy ambiance.

There are three bathrooms throughout the home, ensuring convenience for every guest.

~IMPORTANT~ Guest Access for Gated Community:

Specific requirements have been implemented by the community and city for the safety of guests and homeowners. Compliance with these requirements is mandatory for entrance and access to the neighborhood and home.

• After booking, you will receive a short-term rental agreement, which must be signed and returned no later than one week before your arrival.
• Additionally, guests are required to pay an HOA rental fee at least two days before check-in. A Late Filing Fee, of $100 will be applied for rentals not registered and paid for at a minimum of two (2) POA business days prior to the beginning of the rental period. The Hideout POA business days are Tuesday through Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
The fee is based on the length of stay, as outlined below:
1-3 nights: $150
4-7 nights: $175
8-14 nights: $205
15-28 nights: $475
• You will receive detailed information about this prior to your stay.

*Please note* Before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details with us to complete your booking. You will be contacted by Superhog via email and/or text to complete the verification.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case of any accidental damage during a booking.

The fireplace in the basement game room is currently not operational, and the lift for the back deck is out of service. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding!
