Come experience a relaxing and newly renovated getaway with amazing water views & outdoor entertainment space! Wake up and grab a cup of coffee on 1 of 2 (or on both!) big porches, with a clear view of the lake. This retreat is located in Spinnler Point, a family-friendly neighborhood with lovely Areaways to picnic, swim, play on the swing sets and see the stars at night. Spend a day on the lake boating, tubing, jet skiing and hanging out, and then make your way back home to light up the firepit for s'mores and grab a bottle of wine from the wine fridge and watch the sunset from the porch. Or curl up by the indoor fireplace on chillier nights. Enjoy a walk or bike ride around the lovely neighborhood by the water or in the woods. Proudly family owned & managed.

You’ll enter on the house on the main floor where you’ll find a half bath, coat closet with books and board games, a gas fireplace, wine fridge, large living room with LED TV and Roku, and a dining table that seats 10 (with insert). There is a fully stocked kitchen with a large farm sink, large variety of cooking and baking supplies and many spices, salt and pepper, and oils. The main floor exits onto a large porch to enjoy the afternoon sun with views of the lake and beautiful fall foliage, and a screened in porch just in case it rains. There is a fire pit outside with Adirondack chairs to enjoy s’mores and good company or curl up to the indoor fireplace on a cool fall evening.

Upstairs you’ll find 3 full bedrooms and a bathroom w/ dual shower and dual sinks. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and dressers and closets available for clothing. The 2 guest bedrooms have double beds and black out shades. The primary bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a porch to enjoy lake views and take in the gorgeous foliage, while you sip coffee from the in-room Keurig coffee maker. The primary bedroom has air conditioning that will cool the whole upstairs in less than 30 mins. There is also a pack n play available for use.

Downstairs you’ll find a large open space for playing and hanging out. There are 2 bunk beds, a full bath including bathtub, a washer/dryer, blackout curtains for prime sleeping, kids toys and a large comfy couch and TV to let kids lounge on their own or host a movie night.


You’re 10 mins from breweries, restaurants, pizza places, coffee & ice cream shops, downtown Hawley, indoor or outdoor mini golf, and hiking Shuman's Point trail. 20 mins from Woodloch Resort & Spa, downtown Honesdale, and apple orchards and pumpkin patches for fall-time fun. We are very nearby boat, paddle board, kayak and jetski rentals, and we have a paddleboard and kayaks available for guests who sign our waiver.
