You will be minutes away from Wynwood, Design District, South Beach and Miami International Airport. This beautiful apartment is fully equipped and ready to host up to 10 people comfortably. Street parking is available.

Illuminated and fresh, you will enjoy a comfortability and security. 15 minute drive to the beach, 3 Miles from Hard Rock Stadium and Casino, 15 minutes to Brickell and Downtown, 15 minutes to Wynwood, Centrally Located.

Getting Around:
You will be provided with towels, shampoo, and soap (will only be provided for your arrival 2 toilet paper rolls, and small shampoo and soap).

We do not provide wash cloth.

Parties or a high volume of sound that causes annoyance to neighbors is not allowed in the unit, if this rule is ignored, the building may fine you.

Other Things to Note:
Furthermore, to ensure an optimal experience during your stay, we would give you a Welcome kit as a courtesy on the day of your arrival, which may include some basic products for personal care and cooking

A nice and cozy apartment in a very terrible and unsafe neighbourhood.

Our stay at this apartment was filled with many anxiety and to some extent fear, the neighborhood is very unsafe . Each Uber driver would mention to us that we chose a very rough and unsafe area. For first time visitors to Miami we felt that this information should have been communicated to US initially by the Host and allow us to make a knowledgeable decision. The garbage situation also left much to be desired. For the entire duration we were there no one came to empty the garbage bins. This situation created a very untidy appearance outside the apartment. Thankfully we were on the second level. We were constantly bombarded by the vagrants and hustlers around for money. Although the apartment itself was nice and well maintained the neighborhood took away from us truly enjoying the experience, I will definitely not book there in the future.
