Walking distance to everything in the heart of Cape May! Charming condo located on Washington Street! This 3 bedroom/2.5 bath condo puts you within walking distance to the Washington Street Mall and the beaches of Cape May. You will enjoy parking the car (onsite parking included for 2 vehicles) and being able to walk around town. This condo is located on the 2nd floor of the building. Check in time is 3pm, check out is 10am. Tenants do need to provide linens (sheets and towels) for their stay as well as pillows. Bookings are confirmed once a fully signed lease with REMAX Surfside is in place and initial deposit has been submitted to REMAX Surfside. ***VRBO Renters-Please note, the initial service fee paid, is strictly a VRBO fee and is not paid to RE/MAX Surfside. Once the reservation is confirmed through VRBO, it then transfers to RE/MAX Surfside where it will follow their lease and payment schedule. cape may get away

The apt was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware and utensils. The parking was tandem (one car blocking the other car in), which was workable. There are no closets in 2 of the bedrooms and the bunk bedroom is EXTREMELY small. I have been going to CM for decades. The location is a block away from the ACME at the end of the Washington St Mall. Very convenient to many things, less convenient to the beach. We were given 2 keys, so that required some juggling. There is keyless entry, but we were not permitted to have a code. This would have made things easier-especially with 2 teenagers. The 2.5 baths were a real plus. There is no outdoor space on the level of the unit, but we really enjoyed the enclosed porch. There was room to store our bicycles under the stairs.

Wonderful Property

This property was exactly as described in the ad and perfect for our family weekend getaway. The unit was clean and comfortable. The property is very close to the Washington Street Mall stores and restaurants as well as close to the beach. We were able to easily walk everywhere we needed to go.
