The studio is situated in a late 19th century former city school, now home to the Calvin Center for the Arts and Nyasa Urban Retreat Center. The multipurpose studio is open with large windows and a light minimalist loft design. The studio features a private bathroom and kitchenette. Perfect place to relax and take in the vast amenities of Youngstown. Close proximity to I-680, walking distance to downtown, YSU and Mill Creek Park.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
My brother had purchased the property, we were both drawn to the Mahoning Commons neighborhood because it was and is the working artists neighborhood with an industrial edge located less than a mile from downtown. The neighborhood has two theater companies, 3 recording studios, photography and artists studios in multiple buildings throughout the 1 mile long neighborhood.
