この施設について

This newly renovated, quaint 1600 square feet Osterville home is a peaceful retreat for families. It is located in an upscale Osterville neighborhood and in close proximity to beaches (1.5m/3 min to Dowse's beach) and Osterville center. Relax in the brand new Swim Spa or around the outdoor fire pit. Clean and comfortable. Beautifully landscaped, private and quiet location on a 1+ acre lot.

Please don't hesitate to contact us if you need any help. We live about 10 minutes away and are happy to assist in person if needed.

1.5 miles (3 minutes) to Dowse's Beach. Parking sticker provided.
The use of the swim spa is at the renter's own risk. Use of the swim spa is only allowed if a waiver of liability is executed.

Stellar Cape House

We loved this house. Perfect location, comfortable, spacious, light filled and modern amenities plus random extras including corn hole, family games, toiletries, coffee and more. The new swim spa was fantastic and provided endless entertainment for our kids, as were the two fire pits. Coming home at night with two living rooms and 3 new tvs was a pleasure. Peloton bike plus a total perk. Kai could not have been a more responsive or gracious host — A++.

Exceptional stay on the Cape

We have been coming to the cape for a week for the past 14 years and this year got a house just for our family - 2 adults, 3 children. It was in the perfect location and the perfect size with the right amenities. We enjoyed the hot tub and peloton bike. The proximity to both Craigville Beach and Hyannis and Dowses and Osterville main street was great. Would definitely stay here again!

Kai's house was exactly as described. He was friendly and helpful, location can't be beat for Four Seas and Dowses.

Perfect

We enjoyed everything about the house and location. We spent three nights and had a great time. The house was very clean, modern, and spacious for our family of four. The house is set back from the road so is very quiet and there is nice privacy. The location was great, convenient to the beach and center of Osterville. Kai reached out in advance of our stay and provided all of the necessary information as well as a great list of local recommendations for restaurants, beaches, etc. that was very helpful. I’d highly recommend the house and wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Fabulous House!

This was a great house and Kai was a wonderful host. There was lots of communication and he game me some wonderful suggestions on what to do. It was a short easy trip to the beach too. The house was well decorated, clean and not cluttered. It was the perfect stay for my family so we could spend some much needed time together. I would definitely stay here again.
