NEW, Zion's Gate Private Casita with Kitchen and Bathroom

New, private casita that is perfect for 1-2 people and possibly a 3rd. Located 5 minutes from Sand Hollow State Park and our famous sand dunes and only 28 miles to Zion National Park. Enjoy off-roading, swimming, fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, bicycling as well as hiking.

The space has a queen bed with a Casper mattress and a pull-out ottoman that can be converted to a 3rd bed or kept as a chair. There is a 65" TV, table/desk combo, a full bathroom, a full kitchen with a stove-top and a full-sized refrigerator/freezer along with a microwave/convection oven combo. Kitchen includes, blender, toaster, coffee maker, silverware, plates, cups, bowls, pans, baking sheets, crock pot, rice maker and much more.

The casita is attached to the main house but completely private, with its own separate entrance and no shared interior access

Clean and quiet and everything you need.

Really enjoyed our stay in this new, clean and cute condo. It was in a very safe neighborhood. I really enjoyed walking over to grandpa’s pond for a few quick Walking or running laps.

Great place for a trip to Zion!

This home was casita was perfect for me and my wife. Had any amenities you would need to make some meals and save some money versus eating out for every meal. Was very clean, which is obviously important! Area was quiet and private. Very confidently located, with only a short scenic drive to Zion. Plenty of restaurants nearby, along with other stores to grab any gear/foods you might need. Would stay here again if I ever head back to Zion!

Great Base of Operations in SW Utah

Plenty to see and do in the area. Beautiful area and this is right in the middle of it. Very comfortable stay with an excellent kitchenette and Very Nice Bathroom. Would Stay Again!

Perfect Hideaway

Great property, very clean, well appointed, everything you need, very private and quiet. Loved the complete set up, perfect for a short or longer term stay. Could suggest a small table to go with the chairs in the outdoor area, for coffee outside, but it was amazing! We hope to be back soon!

Zion's Gate Private Casita in Hurricane

Casita was as advertised. Very clean, easy to get to. It is like a studio apartment perfect for a couple staying a few days. If you are wanting to stay in a casita and don't want to stay in St George (lots of traffic now) I would recommend this Casita.

Weekend in Hurricane

The casita was close to my activities so that was great. The furniture in the main area was inadequate. They had a thing that made into a bed and kind of a chair but it was uncomfortable. There is no sitting area or chairs in this accommodation.

Cozy

Very clean and cute in a safe area! I didn’t realize that it was a small studio attached to a house when I booked. I’m not sure what I thought I was booking, but Casita was little house in my mind, so I just assumed it was a guest house or something. Overall, really safe area, clean space, and awesome/helpful suggestions on where to go/eat. Just be aware it is a studio space(: Great for a couple or single traveler!

CLEAN, BRIGHT, EFFICIENT, PERFECT FOR A COUPLE!!!

This was our 1st time use of a vacation rental. We were very pleased with our stay! The accommodations were perfect for my wife and I!!! We were wanting a clean, place to sleep, shower, and fix a few snacks. As we lived in the St. George area for a number of years we weren't looking for a lot of amenities, but offering easy access to the entire area. This casita was just right fot the 2 of us. My only thought would be to add a broom and duut pan to an otherwise well stocked abode! We would definitely stay there again!!!

Great place!

The place is very new and has all the needed tools in the kitchen to cook. I liked the furniture- well thought for a limited space. Extra points for the restroom! Big shower- nice tiles Comfy place for short stay-or more for a couple- but we had to share with our 18mo baby- We had issues with the lockbox when we arrived. The owner replied in real time to our messages . Extra points again for that!! Only things that were not right were the AC unit - after few minutes was stopping and an error code.probably it’s beginning of season and has not been maintained yet- new unit 5 stars - I would book again
