Great Property!

The house was clean, very comfortable bedrooms. We had a great time, and we were able to go to the beach because it was only a few minutes away. Would recommend to anyone visiting the local area!

Very filthy, but nice house.

I asked if early checkin was possible. I was declined. I was told that someone was checking out same day at 11am and that it takes hours to “clean”. Okay, understandable. But, our feet were BLACK from walking around this house. Seemed like it hadn’t been mopped in months. There was hair in the tub. Stains on bedding. Spider webs behind the front door and on the chandelier. We took a wet napkin and swiped once on the countertop and it was black. The shelves in the fridge were sticky. No sponge for dishes or to wipe the counters. Dishes were dirty straight out of the cabinets. No cleaning supplies to clean ourselves if we wanted to. Most of this seemed like built up filth. Bedding was so rough like sand paper. Mattresses are not comfortable. I had to communicate with the owner due to an issue we had with the fridge not cooling, and his phone number was a Houston area code. So it seems like owner is relying on manager to make sure that this house is clean and up to standard. Which she is not doing. It is a nice house though and very spacious. Oh and there is currently tons of construction going on in the streets of the neighborhood. Lots of dips and dirt with very big pieces of rocks in the road.

Great spot and amazing house

Honestly its a great comfy house its only 5min-10 to restaurants,the beach,and grocery stores.Also had a nice foosball we played with while we stayed .We all had a wonderful time

Ohana Annual Birthday/Anniversary

We highly recommend this property especially for adults. The neighborhood was quiet, a single level home with no carpeting is ideal for the disabled, fenced backyard for privacy and accommodates service animals. If you have pets or service animals, please be considerate by cleaning after them as my son was busy clearing the yard of what was left behind prior to our arrival. There is a grill outside for use. I brought my bicycle and had a pleasant bike ride to the nearby Ocean Drive with amazing scenery! Recommend bringing water hose to wash off beach sand, bring kitchen utility towels to clean off kitchen counters, stove and dining table. The kitchen cabinets are all labeled to avoid a scavenger hunt for kitchen items which was adequately equipped. It was comforting to have sufficient outdoor lighting surrounding the property. Thank you for having us! My adult children commented that this was the best property thus far and we look forward to returning!

Great home & convenient location!

A girls weekend in Corpus was great thanks to VJ's place. With 8 ladies the 3rd bathroom was AMAZING! Nicely decorated. The larger than life TV was a bonus. Large kitchen with plenty of space for multiple people to be doing things. Cute coffee shop around the corner -- thanks for the recommendation VJ! We will definitely stay here again!
