This quaint 1 bedroom with full kitchen, living room, bathroom sits on a Beautiful and quaint lot in an upscale quiet neighborhood in Southwest Reno. studio located near midtown, close to freeway entrances, in a quiet suburb, and enjoy the beautifully landscaped yard. King size bed in bedroom with a queen-size sleeper sofa in living room makes this studio the perfect stay for a couple or a small family looking to explore Reno and the beautiful Sierra Nevada’s. This unit is attached to a main house, although there is no shared indoor space . The home sits on a huge lot and there is plenty of room in the huge front yard to play and relax under huge trees with a view of downtown Reno . Also, there are ADT cameras facing the street and driveways. RV parking possible available

Business travel

The communication with the host was the absolute best. There are some improvements that could be made that would have made it a great experience. The room had a converted bedroom, which had no windows no ceiling fan no way for the air to be moved around, which made it stuffy and hot. We opened up the windows to the unit but it could not get to the bedroom. My daughter and I were there on business so it didn’t matter that the door happy open however it offered her no privacy. Hadn’t been another couple they would’ve had no privacy at all because they would’ve had to close the door which would’ve affected the heat in the room. This may seem minor, but the salt and pepper shakers had a surface on them which would not be able to be sanitized. And the hands are the dirtiest part of the body so it makes more sense to have them have a smooth washable surface. The outside lighting was very poor. And why this matters is because there are several steps and you had to be extremely careful when walking to and from the front door because you could fall very easily. The sofa bed was not very comfortable but it was only for a couple of days. But the bed in the bedroom was very comfortable . The place was remodeled and looked very very nice. It did lack closet space there was not one closet in the studio. Overall it met our needs..

Roomy and cozy

This roomy studio has a comfy bed, sofa and 2-person table. The amenities (TV, small coffee maker, microwave, electric fry pan) were perfect. Bathroom nicely outfitted with clean, sweet-smelling towels, shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. Lovely, quiet neighborhood. Victoria was a great communicator.
