Our apartment no. 4 is located in our apartment house Haldesdorfer Straße and is quietly located to the back of the building, perfect for the small family. The beautiful, bright 2 rooms have a total area of 60 m². The apartment is equipped with a separate kitchen including inventory, ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher and a comfortable dining area. In the living room you can relax on a comfortable sofa corner. One sofa can be converted into a sofa bed for 1-2 persons. In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed (1.40 m) and a wardrobe. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a glass shower.
The apartment is located in a mixed area. Shopping facilities, bus and subway are only a few minutes away. You need approx. 30 minutes to the city center. A shopping center has been built in the district of Bramfeld. Restaurants, cafés, banks and a post office complete the daily needs.

Schöner Kurztrip

Aldi, Lidl, Netto, Edeka, Bäckerei, Restaurants fußläufig zu erreichen. U-Bahn Station fußläufig zu erreichen. Unterkunft bietet ausreichend Platz. Jedoch kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleidung, da kein Kleiderschrank und keine Garderobe vor Ort sind. Zudem fehlen Haken für Handtücher im Bad, es gibt einen Heizkörper wo man Handtücher drüber hängen kann, reicht für 2 Badetücher. Der angegebene Fernseher im Schlafzimmer ist leider auch nicht da. Ansonsten hat die Wohnung alles was man braucht, wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist, sie ist sehr hell. Nachbarn sind leider sehr laut und früh auf. Es ist alles sehr sauber. In der Küche gibt es Kaffemaschinen für Filterkaffee, Wasserkocher, Backofen, Herd, Kühlschrank, Spülmaschine. Preis-Leistung ist für mich jedoch nicht stimmig. Dennoch empfehlenswert. Das Wohnzimmer hat 3 Einzelbetten und 2 kleine Sessel, keine Couch oder ähnliches, das Schlafzimmer hat 2 Einzelbetten. Im Guten und Ganzen waren wir zufrieden.
