-We require that guest must be verified through Airbnb (Photo ID, Email and Phone number) Reservations will be canceled if information is not provided.

-This unit contains a smoke detector and Noise Aware device.

-As a reminder, smoking is NOT allowed anywhere inside of the property, please utilize back yard for smoking and place all trash inside designated trash cans outside! Smoking inside & use of marijuana will result in a $500 additional cleaning charge and possible eviction.

-NO THIRD PARTY BOOKING, NO PETS, NO SMOKING
NO PARTIES/EVENTS doing so can & will cause for eviction of premises (entry camera monitored. Please DO NOT tamper with device. ) There is an 10 person max allowed on the property any additional guest must be cleared prior to arrival by host! Only guest accounted for on the reservation are allowed on the premises. Additional guest will result in additional fees.

This is a quiet neighborhood quiet hours are from 10:00pm-7am

-DO NOT TOUCH ANY DECOR ON WALLS OR REARRANGE ANY FURNITURE DOING SO WILL RESULT IN EXTRA FEES AS WELL AS DAMAGES TO ANY PROPERTY INSIDE OF THE HOME.
