The townhome format gives you the living area and one bedroom and bath downstairs which is great for folks who cannot do stairs.

As you enter this gated, quiet community, and then the townhome decorated with a tasteful beach decor, you will immediately be able to let go of the cares of the world and begin your vacation.

The large open floor plan has the living room, dining area, and kitchen in one large space so you can be with your guests in three different areas. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all the kitchen appliances for your cooking and cleaning ease. Bring some of your favorite recipes or cook up some of our delicious fresh seafood. You will not forget the wonderful taste of fresh flounder and blue crabs!!

In addition, the downstairs has a queen bedroom, bath, and full size washer and dryer for the occasional pesky laundry job.

The back of the condo opens to a privacy fenced deck with chairs. Perfect for an afternoon rest with a cold ice tea!

The two upstairs bedrooms allow you to take a daytime nap or separate for privacy. Each has its own ensuite bathroom. The primary bedroom has a twin sleeper sofa should you want to have someone sleep in the room in their own bed.

The pool is just across from the cul=de-sac and is a great option to the beach. Spend the morning at the beach and the afternoon in the pool. The return to the townhome for a cold drink and supper. AH! The simple life of a vacationer!!!
