ABOUT HOME: And now there's Camelot of Turtle Beach, where you can create many new shining moments by the sea. Welcome to this stunning 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, coastal beachfront home in the quaint 30A community of Seagrove. Centrally located, you're a short walk to restaurants, shops and markets but most importantly, the beach. It's in your back yard and PRIVATE!! Enjoy dinner alfresco as you watch the sun's final rays of the day, blanket the shore or inside for some more family time watching a game.

This is a perfect beach home for multigenerational families; comfortably sleeping 13 within the 4 large bedrooms. There's ample room for the kids in the oversized bunk room featuring a twin bunk and a queen bunk. It has its own balcony and a jack-n-jill bathroom adjoining a Queen bedroom which also offers an extra wide convertible bed! This bedroom would be the perfect space for a couple with a small child or even 3 adults to share. Further down the hall is a King bedroom with balcony and access to hallway bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. Nearby is a full-size laundry room and a King master with ensuite shower bathroom and balcony overlooking the sea. There are flat screen televisions are in every bedroom and also in the living room.

ABOUT AREA: Seagrove Beach is one of the charming coastal communities that sits on 30A nestled between Seaside Beach and Seacrest Beach. Seagrove is perfect for nature lovers seeking an unspoiled retreat and uncrowded environment. Enjoy canoeing, kayaking, swimming and more in this quaint town with Old Florida charm with many options for recreation as well as dining. Eastern Lake and Deer Lakes provide wonderful spots for quiet reflection.

BEACH ACCESS: Private Beach accessed with code provided. Go out the door and to the right towards the pool and then right onto boardwalk. Enter code and then just a few steps till you have toes in the sand.

• During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues, no WiFi or slow WiFi
• All rentals require state and county tax plus additional required fees
• Bikes and golf carts are not guaranteed to be at property or to be in working order. No refunds will be given due to missing or broken issues.
• An initial starter kit of amenities are provided to all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, and 1 liner for each trashcan. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 bar of soap. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 1 hand towel per bathroom, plus 2 washing machine pods.

IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL: All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement directly with 30A Beach Girls as well as provide verification of identity which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver's license and 2) a "selfie". Both should be uploaded to our Happy Stays app.
