Pointe Estero 501 - Serene Beach-front Condo with Screened-in Lanai

Lovely 2 bedroom condo located on the white sands of Fort Myers Beach. Come listen to the waves roll in from your private lanai overlooking the Gulf of Mexico!

Pointe Estero #501 features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a full kitchen. The first bedroom has a queen and a twin bed, along with a desk perfect for working from home, and a jack and jill bathroom with a washer/dryer in the closet. The primary bedroom has double doors opening into the suite, a king bed where you can enjoy views of the ocean and an updated bathroom with a lovely walk-in shower. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. Linens are included! We provide all bed linen, bath towels, hand towels and even a set of towels you can take to the beach. This unit has a large screened in lanai that spans the length of the unit, allowing both bedrooms and the living room to have slider doors for access to the lanai.

This condo has beautiful scenery by the pool with a boardwalk going to an Air Conditioned gazebo. Also, you will find tennis and volleyball courts. The items needed for those activities will be in the unit.

Santini Plaza is half a mile away from Pointe Estero. They have great shopping and restaurants. During the winter months they have the farmers market on Wednesdays and Fridays

Pointe Estero 501 is available for weekly minimum rentals June-Oct ; Biweekly minimum rentals April, May, Nov, Dec ; Monthly minimum rentals Jan-March.

A lobby/pool pass and parking tag are required in this property and need to be picked up at the Tripower Office.

Must be 25 years or older to book. $100 cancellation fee for all cancellations outside of our 48-hour grace period. Please consider Travel Insurance for unexpected situations preventing travel.
