The Publix grocery store is a few blocks north and have everything you need. A CVS pharmacy is located in the Santini Plaza a few blocks south along with a liquor store and more.

The Bay Village Condominium Association is still doing some post hurricane construction work on the common areas to include the tennis court. As a result, the condo association is requiring all owners, guests & renters to sign a construction disclaimer/waiver prior to occupancy. We will send a copy of the disclaimer/waiver after your booking reservation.

A TWO WEEK MINIMUM STAY IS REQUIRED, Bay Village Condo Association rules. THE CONDO IS LOCATED ON THE 2ND FLOOR AND AT THE PRESENT TIME STAIRS ARE REQUIRED. The elevator is scheduled to be operational soon. The Condo Association has NO SMOKING and NO PETS RULES.
