Downtown: 1.2 mi, Deep Ellum: 0.8 mi, Uptown: 1.0 mi, Market Center: 2.3 mi. Next door to the hottest restaurants, trendy bars, cute coffee shops and Exall Park.

This cozy house sleeps up to 6 adults with (1) King, (1) Queen, and (2) Twin beds. You can hit the best spots the city has to offer near by or just chill n' grill in the private backyard. Lots of space to relax at our casa de amor.

Upon entering this hidden gem of a neighborhood you will immediately get the feeling this is a unique area. When arriving you will see this corner unit white house tucked away on the cul de sac.

Parking is a non issue as you can keep one car protected under the car port, and 2 more on the driveway safe and sound. There are certainly additional parking spots on the sidewalk as well. Just pls don't park right outside the house.

Enjoy our uber cozy home with a funky art deco vibe throughout. Lounge on the comfiest sofa and watch the smart TV or just enjoy some tunes via the Bluetooth. Or, grab a bite in the cool kitchen that has a complete vibe of it's own, recently updated with new Samsung (Black) Stainless steel appliances. If needing a quick fresher enjoy the beautiful shower downstairs. For those staying/lounging upstairs, feel free to relax on the brand new Twin beds while a couple lucky folks enjoy the King bed in the master. This place is absolutely perfect for a nice couples trip, or for a small group of friends to have some good times.
