Beautiful waterfront lake house awaits you with plenty of space and serenity for the whole family. This property consists of 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms and 4500 sq ft. of living space. Separate bar area offers amenities for great conversation and leisure. Great room overlooks the lake with windows that span across the entire main level. Front patio with side deck and spacious 4 car garage attached. Boat dock allows 2 boats and a jet ski to tie up for the duration of guest stay.

Great view of the lake

It was a nice place for our base camp for motorcycling around Ohio...Too bad we were only there for 5 nights I'm sure we will be back...Jeff was very fast in responding to any questions we had

The house is very comfortable and the proximity to the lake is awesome. The view is beautiful with a front stoop that is relaxing. Parking is great even if you have a boat trailer to store. And speaking of boats, the dock is great even though one board is in need of a little repair. A huge garage which made it very handy for moving in. The only knock we had was that the kitchen could be a little better equipped for those who like to cook. And if you like bourbon on the rocks or a mixed drink, bring your own glass. Not much of a selection on glasses or dinner ware. All that being said, I would not hesitate to stay there again and our family hopes to. It's a comfortable, roomy house that shows off the lake.

Lakehouse father's Day weekend

My family and I enjoyed the property and location. The owner assisted me with creating such a memorable experience for the father's in our group for a wonderful Father's day weekend. The home was spectacular and conveniently located to town. I would definitely recommend the property. Thank you Jeff Heimerl for opening up your home for us to enjoy!
