Racers Edge in Frisco
I booked this unit for a month. Upon arrival, we had about six wine glasses and four drinking glasses. The kitchen had the bare essentials, but for the price I paid for a month, this was not a well-equipped kitchen. The coffee pot was also broken, and I requested a new one, but it didn't show up until 2 days later, so I bought another one for the time being. The unit did not have a dustpan or a vacuum. I had to call to request trash pickup, as they said it would be picked up at the end of my stay, which was 30 days, and that would not have been acceptable. The unit itself was very nice, clean, and conveniently located. Considering the property description, I paid a lot of money for the unit and had high expectations. The property managers quickly responded to my text and helped anytime we needed, but not in an accurate, timely matter. I would suggest that the owners and property managers. I will be skeptical about booking another unit managed by this company in the future. We spend a month every year in Summit County, so I will do a little more research on next season's accommodations. If someone would like to discuss my frustrations please feel free to contact me.
