Perfect House / Perfect Location

This house is very nice and true to what was in the listing. The kitchen was well stocked and we did a fair amount of cooking. Plenty of parking. The front porch was a dream. Coffee in the morning watching the beautiful sunrises became a daily event. The host provided great info within the guest book and through communication as needed. Our Ohio family will be visiting our Fl family and would love to make this our annual vacation rental as we were all very comfortable and the location was perfect. parking

Paradise in Carrabelle

Beautiful property with a view. The house is perfect and stocked with all of the amenities. Every detail has been carefully selected to include labeled light switches. The pie was such a thoughtful surprise to help us celebrate a birthday. We will be back!

FSU Family Finds Fantastic Florida Getaway

After driving hours from Georgia and picking up our graduate in Tallahassee, the extra hour and 15 minute drive from FSU was completely worth it! Beautifully appointed, clean, fabulous flow for family celebration of our FSU graduate with her 97-year old grandmother & sweet friends. The owner/manager was a delight to work with. The wrap around porch overlooking the water was a favorite place to have our morning coffee & meals. Loved walking to the lighthouse & discovering the neighborhood. Bummed we missed the ice cream & farmer’s market, but will make a point to experience it when we return! THANK YOU ELLIE and the R&R team!

That kitchen window...

I'm going to be dreaming about that kitchen window for years to come! The house is just gorgeous, from one end to the other. Wonderful living spaces and a nice big porch to watch the sunrise. The master bathroom shower is heaven itself. The covered parking area was so nice to have in the heat and rain! We spent the a holiday weekend with three teens and had a great time. The location is very ideal, very close to Carrabelle but easy to get to St George for the day. Highly recommend BragNBones BBQ, which down the road a little towards Eastpoint. Order online for fast pickup, it gets crowded! House was clean and well kept, beds and seating were comfortable, we had plenty of bath towels and bedding, and the kitchen had everything we needed, including soaps and washing tabs. Thank you so much for sharing such a beautiful home!

We are sisters and best friends who fell in love with the Carrabelle area when our brother moved here in 2020. We, along with our husbands, wanted a place to call our own here, so we began the search for the perfect place! When we stumbled across this new home, we felt it was the perfect place to enjoy with our families. However, as Georgia residents, we knew that we couldn't spend all of our time here, so we wanted to share this beautiful home with all of you! Thank you so much for coming -- we hope you love "Rested and Ready" as much as we do!
