I did not receive communication from the host with enough time. Upon arrival to the property my phone was not updating on emails and I didn’t have access to the property. I couldn’t access the app because it kept telling me there would be a 6-digit code sent to my email which I didn’t have access to. Upon finally calling, the rep could not find the reservation. The place on the outside was moldy, it looked like there was a prior fire but turns out it’s mold on the walls. There was graffiti everywhere and all the windows and doors were barred. The grounds were unkept and the area did not feel safe. We stayed somewhere else no thanks to VRBO and we never even got access to the property. DO NOT waste your money!!!
