Comfy Lincoln Square guest apartment

This unit, recently remodeled, is in the basement of our 127 year old Victorian home. It has its own separate entry through the backyard.

Sunny garden-level apartment in the heart of one of Chicago's nicest neighborhoods, Lincoln Square. Includes one bedroom w/queen-size bed, living room, exercise room w/treadmill, breakfast bar w/sink, mini-refrigerator, microwave and coffeemaker, full bath, private entry, plus use of the full back yard. In under 10 minutes, walk to the Damen brown line (will take you directly downtown in 30 minutes), Old Town School of Folk Music, Davis Theater and almost 50 restaurants! A foodie's paradise!

Beautiful walkable location near shops and restaurants

We loved our stay in Ravenswood! The neighborhood is quiet and the location is close to lots of options for dining, shopping and travel on the local Metra.

Loyola Family Weekend Stay

Very clean and perfect for a quick getaway. In for a family weekend. Short drive to school and walking distance to food and train. Nice location to get around city. Place was very clean and as advertised.

Very enjoyable stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our time visiting Chicago and staying in this apartment. Owners were very kind and easy to work with, property was as described and very clean. Easy commute to the “L” train from the property and lots of options within walking distance for food and shopping. Highly recommend.

Clean, Convenient, Comfortable

My husband and I wanted to stay in a quiet neighborhood where we could walk to eateries, groceries, parks, and our nieces home. This property was all that plus more. Parking was easy, and we had plenty of room for our stay. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful basement unit - it had everything we needed plus extras! The hosts go above and beyond to make you feel at home. Their restaurant recommendations were helpful, the drinks and snacks were a nice touch and very appreciated, and all the furniture was comfortable! The location is within easy walking distance to the “L,” Lincoln Square, and many restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Very nice stay

The lower level set of rooms was very comfortable, well appointed, and well provisioned. The owner was very welcoming and helpful. We really enjoyed the Lincoln Square neighborhood, and the location was also good for going downtown and getting to activities in the northern suburbs.

This basement apartment was a great place to stay. It was within walking distance to so many different places. The neighborhood was pretty quiet and we had a private entrance from the back. Would stay here again!

Great stay for a Cubs game

We were in town to see our favourite team play against the Cubs, and this property was perfect! It was very easy to get to Wrigleyville and surrounding areas from this unit. The hosts were very helpful and communicative, and the apartment is clean, cosy, comfortable and up-to-date. I also loved having a treadmill for a couple of morning runs.

Great, comfortable

VERY clean, lots of little amenities in case you forget something, plenary of outlets for charging. Neighborhood very quiet and cute. Hosts were very responsive, respectful, and organized. Would stay here again for sure.
