Relax in this chic and artfully designed condo. This sun-kissed 1-bedroom apartment in Irving Park is located in the city, but away from the hustle and bustle in a tree-lined quiet green neighborhood

You can go just about anywhere in the city in 20 - 30 min as we are 2 minutes to the 24/7 EL blue line stop (train) and the I90/94 interstate. Our apartment is perfectly situated halfway between downtown Chicago & O’Hare airport. We are in a crime-free part of Chicago & have FREE PARKING. Our place is close to the interstate and the local metro stop (the EL blue line), so visitors from smaller cities may find it a bit noisy.

You have exclusive access to this unit. Bedding, towels, and toiletries are all provided during your stay.

There is a back patio with a gas grill, fire pit, and lawn chairs where you can entertain or relax at will. Please note that this space is used by full-time tenants of the building as well so please clean up after yourself and leave the space tidy

Nice place in a fun part of town. Being able to walk to the L was a godsend, we took it everywhere. This is a good space for a couple. Maybe bring an eye mask if you need to sleep in a very dark room, the curtains don't do a whole lot.

My partner and I spent just a couple days here, and it worked out well. It is quite small, but it's great for two people. We only used it as as a place to relax and sleep at the end of the day as we spent most of our time elsewhere in town for restaurants and events. Being near the Blue Line and several major bus routes was helpful for that.

Perfect for a couple. Compact but has everything that a couple needs. Initial mix up due to scheduling problem but the owner showed up personally and resolved the matter. On-street parking was easy and unit was close to my desired amenities. I would stay there again.

Wknd getaway for Conference/Pleasure

This location was Excellent: close to both the train and bus lines. A car was not needed. Although the apartment is small it will easily accommodate 1-3 adults comfortably. Several local eateries are also within walking distance.

Our stay

The place was clean and in a great location with parking. We reserved for 3 people thinking there was a queen bed and a futon, but there was only a reclining couch for the third person to sleep on. We also only had two towels. The snacks and small touches were great! I would stay here again, but it really is only set up for two people.

Loved it!

Everything was just as described in Vrbo! Parking was very easy to find - very unusual in the city, easy to get around with the blue line being so close. The unit was nice and clean and very well stocked. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean & cozy

This property is very clean and very cozy. The location is great, except at night, I was able to hear the train and highway traffic. My husband wasn't bothered at all. We still liked it and suited our needs. The amenities were excellent. There's plenty of parking.

Lovely, well-located place

This stay was very easy and nice! The place was clean and helpfully labeled. It's very well-located, with an easy walk to the L or to buses. It was air conditioned, which was very appreciated in the heat wave we stayed in Chicago during. The one problem we ran into was that the place was advertised as having two beds. It turned out the couch in the main room was not a pull-out bed, but rather a sort of lounging couch that was very comfortable to sit on but didn't provide a flat place to sleep. My friend and I ended up sharing the bed instead. We didn't mind, but be aware this place only really has one bed. The host was very polite and communicative, and was able to answer any questions or problems we had very promptly. Overall, it was a great pick for a stay, but could use a slightly more accurate listing re: number of beds!

Welcome to this architecturally beautiful space with 10' ceilings. This sunny lavishly furnished apartment has abundant natural light and all that you need to relax after a day of work/ school, visiting family, or all the wonders Chicago has to offer.

The master bedroom has a queen bed, perfect for 2. If you require additional accommodation let us know and we can provide extra air mattresses and other things that you might need.

Our apartment comes with a full custom kitchen, equipped with stainless appliances. There is a smart TV, and high-speed internet in the whole unit. The building also has coin-operated laundry facilities onsite. Please reach out if you need coins.

There is everything you might need during your stay; the kitchen is fully stocked with cutlery, cookware, basic spices, cooking oil, and essential appliances for your use. You will also find extra toilet paper rolls in the bathroom, a couple of trash bags, liquid dish soap, and hand-wash in the kitchen. As a courtesy, we also provide a few basic supplies for your use (coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, snacks, etc.)

Check-out time is at 10 AM. If you would like a later check-out due to your flight or travel plans, please let us know when you check-in so that we can accommodate you as best whenever possible. You are always welcome to store your bags/luggage with us for free whenever we cannot accommodate a late checkout.

We ask that there are no parties on-site and that only registered guests stay in the unit. There are other people living in the building, so we request you to keep noise low and respect the quiet hours of 10 pm to 6 am that have been mandated by the city.

There is free street parking right outside the building. However, since you are only less than a block from one of Chicago’s best and cleanest train lines you can ride straight into the city to connect to all the best that Chicago has to offer.

2. No OUTDOOR SHOES in the house
3. No smoking inside the house.
4. You are free to come and go anytime, but please be considerate at late hours.x
