Orange Colonial Disney Pool /Hot Tub & Lit Backyard

We're a family that loves to travel and explore. We are locals here in Orange County and would love to offer suggestions to anything you may be looking for during your vacation.

This splendid two-story home (4 bedrooms 5 beds 2.5 baths).Our house is very quiet and catches plenty of natural daylight:).The incredible resort-like backyard is perfect for intergenerational families or extended families traveling together. Either it’s a family vacation at Disneyland or a staycation with the littles, we’ve everything you need to have a comfortable stay with plenty of room to relax and explore.

We're in a premium location by the 57 highway, we're in the heart of Orange County, Our home is a very short drive to OC Fair, Disneyland (10 min), Old Town Orange, Knotts Berry Farm, Honda Center, Angel Stadium, Anaheim convention center, the Outlets at Orange, Main Place Mall, Irvine Spectrum Center, Huntington Beach, Corona Del Mar Beach, Laguna Beach, PCH, New Port Beach, Chapman University, CSUF, John Wayne Airport.

Other popular SoCal attractions close by are:
Downtown LA, Hollywood, Universal studios, Santa Monica, Dana Point, San Diego SeaWorld & Zoo , Lego Land, Big Bear, Joshua Tree National Park, LAX, Long Beach Airport ,Ontario airport, Santa Barbara, Six Flags Magic Mountain, Palm Springs, San Clemente , and many Beach Cities.

Guests will have access to whole house except for the garage (Used as an office to manage the Airbnb and store the needed supplies). The Fireplace & the Fire pit are inoperable (decorative).

-Absolutely no parties allowed.
-No sleep over guests more than the number of guest in booking.
-No pets allowed without owner's approval.
-No indoor smoking allowed.
-No Hanging out in front of the house.
-No Loud music in the backyard.


POOL
This is a very large Pool, Shallow in most of its parts so please always use cautiously (Kids to be supervised). Pool is NOT heated but SPA can be heated per request for FREE (arrange the desired usage time with the host 48 hours before)
