Great location! 5 minute walk to quaint downtown Upper Lake, with its many Visitor attractions including the famous Blue Wing Saloon, shopping, coffee and bakery. Cozy 1 bed 1 bath home with private shaded back yard, offering a bbq area, multiple sitting areas, and hot tub! Bring your friends and sleep on the pull out couch as well as “detached guest bedroom”. All of your ammeneties at your finger tips! All you need to bring is your wine and be ready to make great memories!

A pleasant little cottage, decorated nicely. Stocked with everything you would need for a nice stay. Neighborhood was quiet.

Loved it

This is a beautiful place to stay. Enjoyed it very much. Close to wineries and blue wings is just around the corner. Will definitely stay here in the future. Loved it

lovely spot

The home was larger than expected, and beautifully comfortable with a memory foam mattress and all the amenities required. I stayed here while attending a friend's wedding close by, and enjoyed the space very much. thank you!

Great property

We were in Upper Lake to cater a wedding and this property was amazing! It was clean and the living area and backyard are very roomy. It's in a central location. Great property!!!!!

Perfect Couples Hideaway

This is the perfect place to escape the stress and pressures of the world. One bedroom, one bathroom and a spacious kitchen allows you to feel at home away from home. The backyard is absolutely beautiful, like an enchanted garden. We’ve already decided to come back.

Really nice home.

We were really impressed with the upgrades and comfortable set up. The jacuzzi was nice too and bed very comfy. The only downside for a larger group may be that the hot water heater runs out kind of quickly. Good home!

Lovely and adorable

This is the most incredible home, warm, meticulously clean, beautiful, and adorable. The host takes great pride in providing a positive stay. The owner goes above and beyond with the amenities, provides a clean and cozy environment. She is readily available for any needs. It has a beautiful backyard that creates a relaxing environment. This is by far the best place I have stayed. I highly recommend!

Lovely Little Cottage

We really enjoyed the backyard area and hot tub. The bed was a bit soft for us but still comfortable. We wished we were staying for a little longer. There was no water but we scored some Gin in the freezer. Don't worry we left the fridge with more then we took. We enjoyed our stay at your cozy cottage.

The most comfortable bed we've ever slept on!

Obviously, we did not book this property because of the bed since we had no idea about it, but it definitely became one of the highlights of our stay at this lovely home. It was raining a lot when we stayed here, so we couldn't really go out and enjoyed the pretty garden, and we ended up hanging out on the most comfortable bed that we've ever been on! Other than that, this house is great. The hot tub is very big, the garden is very pretty (loved the swing!), and the location is close to the small cute downtown. Definitely really enjoyed our stay here!

Clear Lake Xmas

property was nice but still could use some help. Like I could not turn off the hot tub. there was a very slick driveway with ice. scared old folks like us. It would be nice if there was a microwave and normal coffee pot maybe a toaster. the Ice maker did not work. the bath/shower was almost too small. you could use a new screen door. The TV was nice but it was too confusing for us to use. everything was ok. Thanks David and Melody

Charming & Cozy

Loved the 1st Street Cottage. Exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend away from the hustle and bustle of life. Beautiful, secluded backyard with a hot tub. Loved gazing up at the stars while enjoying the heat of the tub. Perfect for a romantic getaway with your honey. Spacious kitchen for cooking together and coffee and snacks were provided. The bed was comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent and we were allowed to check in early and out late! Would definitely recommend.

Perfect for what we wanted

This was the perfect place for us for the weekend. We had never been to the area and the home was a great home base. Walking distance to town made location excellent. The neighborhood is a bit behind the house in terms of upkeep and aesthetics but that didn't really matter to us. When we come back to the area we will certainly stay here again. The yard was really well lanscaped and the house was exactly perfect for the two of us.
