When you arrive you enter the secure gate use the guest parking spot. Then enter your private garden courtyard with a Broil King BBQ and Hot Tub for all to enjoy.
Wind down upstairs above a 3-bay garage in your private and fully furnished Kitchen, Laundry-room, and Bathroom.
Kick off your shoes and enjoy radiant floor heating throughout your open living area.
Sit back on the modern sectional sofa, play games, or watch a movie on your 65” HDV TV.
Or, relax with the fireplace and enjoy the view of Kelowna Mountain.
Feeling like a spa bath? Look under the sink in your bathroom!
You can choose from two rooms or both to enjoy queen-sized, comfortable beds.
The bedrooms also include a tall boy dresser, mirror, nightstands and lamps, alarm clocks, and large “his and hers” closets.
Don’t feel like going to the courtyard? Enjoy some time on your private deck, which is located off the main bedroom or beautiful living room.

5 - No drinking, smoking, or vaping in the hot tub
6 - No glass in the private courtyard area
7 - No loud noises after 10:30 pm
8 - Government Photo ID is required for all tenants before check in
9 - Provide cell phone number
10 - Communicate with K Town Villa
11 - Place all garbage in bins to be removed for THURSDAYS
12 - Permit garden area maintenance between 5:30 - 7 am
13 - No parties
14 - No unregistered guests
15 - No violence
