Great, stay Eagle Vail.

Spent 10 days at this property during the 2024 ski season. House has ample accommodations for 10 people along with a hot tub washer dryer. Everything you need to enjoy your stay. There was a ski gear drying room right off the garage with a bench to sit down and put on your gear and a boot dryer underneath the bench! Excellent property!

Spectacular Place

This place is really great. Beautiful home with plenty of room on multiple levels, and in a peaceful neighborhood away from the highway. Accommodated our group with no problem, great communication from the hosts, and easy all around.

Wonderful House-Wonderful Owners

Our trip was 2 Dads on spring break with our sons and some of their friends. A total of 6 people in this wonderful house in Eagle-Vail. The house is as advertised and shown in the photos. Wendi and John were wonderful hosts, with great communication and responsiveness. We're in our 60's so a hot tub is a must, and their hot tub is spacious, powerful and clean. It has a unique hinging cover that lets 1 person easily get the cover into the air and off the unit without needing to set it on the ground. You walk out to the hot tub through a sliding glass door in the first floor living room. Also on the first floor, the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and plenty of dishes, coffee maker, toaster, microwave dishwasher disposal. All working fine. There was a cabinet full of spices too. The master suite is wonderful. (It is in one of the 3 rooms on the 2nd floor) The bed is comfortable. There is a TV with a Roku which was unlocked, so apps could be added. The master bath had 2 sinks, a whirlpool tub and steam shower all of which worked. Also on the 2nd floor was another bedroom with 2 bunk beds (each had a full-size on the bottom and a twin on the top) and a passthrough full bathroom to the 2nd floor hallway. There is a small "loft" room on the 2nd floor which had a couch and coffee table. There is a blow-up bed in the basement to use in this room or the basement den but we didn't need to use it. In the 2nd floor hallway is a spacious desk where I worked using my computer. In the basement there was another bedroom with a queen size bed, desk and ensuite full bath. There is also a den in the basement with another Full/Twin Bunk Bed. The den in the basement had a working gas fireplace as did the living room on the first floor. There is a first floor laundry room with a well-working washer and dryer, and a ski room that has cubbies for several sets of skis with overhead cabinets for helmets, gloves etc. There's a long bench that several people can sit at to put boots on or off and a wonderful boot/glove dryer under the bench. There is bus service out of Eagle-Vail, but no stops close to the house so a car is really a must to get to the ski areas. The ski room was an addition made to the house which takes up enough of the garage space that there is no room for a car, however we parked 3 cars in the driveway in front of the garage door with no problem. The WiFi was good with about 150 Mbps down and 15 Mbps up.
