Executive Quality Spacious and Peaceful Retreat
You will love the incredible open floor plan, vaulted ceilings and 4 large bedrooms of our ranch style executive home. Just minutes from downtown Monument, 10 minutes to North Colorado Springs and 15 min to Airforce Academy, our 5 acre property give access to town but you feel like you are away from it all! We have a gorgeous bar in our walkout basement, which makes it easy to make a cocktail before hopping into our 6 person hot tub to enjoy a warm soak while listening to the peaceful sound of our backyard creek with waterfalls.

We love our home and love living in Colorado! We are also passionate about traveling. This leaves our home available much of the time. We would love to share our home and the beautiful Monument/Colorado Springs area with other families.
この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由
When I found this property I "had" to buy it. 5 acres of 360 views and just minutes from downtown Monument and big box shopping, yet situated in an area of horse ranches AND we are across the street from Searle Steer Ranch. It is absolutely beautiful!
Soon after moving in I invested in landscaping the back yard with a peaceful waterfall creek feature we can see and hear from nearly every room in the house. There are several seating areas to enjoy the backyard, views of Pikes Peak, the Rampart Range, and BEAUTIFUL sunrises and sunsets. Morning and evening soaks in the hot tub is another spot we also take-in the views!
As much as I enjoy the outside, it is the inside of our home that I love most. The VERY open concept of the main floor is perfect for bringing family and friends together. Custom features include hardwood 10 ft doors, wonderful wood floors and trim, a huge pub style bar, and beautiful tilework throughout the home.
