Oasis of Mara Home- Joshua Tree N.P. - Heated Pool

Enjoy Oasis of Mara Home which is only a few minutes from Joshua Tree National Park Oasis Visitor Center and north entrance. This home is perfect for long stays. The Oasis has stunning views, a pool, spa, and stargaze at night next to the fire pit. Quiet neighborhood only minutes from Marine Corps Airbase. Starbucks, high-end restaurants, and fast food are all within 3 miles. This house is designed with relaxation in mind. Great for a few friends to get together, a couple or a family.
The space
The house has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Beautiful front mountain view and a large front yard perfect for meditation, walk, or a relaxing drink. The backyard features a swimming pool and a spa you can enjoy during the day or with all the lights off at night while stargazing.
In the backyard, you will find a very nice fire pit set up for nighttime smores.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster oven, and blender.
Plenty of towels and linens to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The washer and dryer located in the garage are available for guests to use. The garage is set up as a game room where you will find a ping pong and foosball table for a fun game time.
The living room has board games as well as a fireplace for a cozy winter day.
Guest access
Only part of the property that is off limits is the side yard to the east side of the house. The rest of the home is available for usage.
Other things to note
***Pool Heating***

The pool isn't heated however we do offer it as an option. The cost of heating is below depending the months of the year. If you request heating please notify us at least 5 days prior to your arrival. We would charge for all nights reserved, We will be heating the pool starting at 6am prior to your arrival check in so that the pool is warm when you arrive. Pool will be heated at 80 degrees

Sept, Oct, March, April, May, June $70 Per day
Nov, Dec, Feb $120 Per day

Unauthorized heating of the pool will incur a fee of $300 per night.
